Long John Silver's reviews
17 Not this location only, but in the last 10 years or more, food quality has really been down.
All locations that I have visited, not LJS but all restaurants.
Expensive and expect a long wait and staff doesn't care and all fried food should be crispy not soggy.
This isn't the oldest building in the LJS family but close. Don't let that keep you from stopping in for a meal.
I had good service and was able to have a very tasty meal. No problem with the taste or portion size.
I'll stop in again.
Needs an update, a deep cleaning, the girls bathroom doesn't lock and I thought the cheesecake would be better but the food was nice and hot when we got it!
Window person always get details mixed up when it comes to my order and usually manager has to correct my order every time
Good food friendly staff got there as soon as they opened but they got us our food hot and fast
Long John Silvers used to be good. Locked up tight! You must somehow use you pone to make a sellection and use the drive through. Forget it! I went to Applebee's. Can't find help? Too bad.
Older but clean as a whistle. Food was great! Host, fast, fresh. This place did not disappoint.
Can you say just plan rude. Not busy but the girl in drive thru acted as if it was so busy she was overwhelmed. Please if you are that stressed at work find a new job. Nobody deserved to be hurried and talk to so sarcastically.
The lady at the window wasn't real friendly. The food was very good other than being a little greasy. They need to let it drain off a little but before putting it in the go boxes.
The only reason I give it 1 star is so I can leave a review.place looked closed down.food over priced for what you get we ordered a bowl and it wasn’t even half full but they charged almost $12.00 for it and then got snotty when something was said about the portion not being right for what we paid. Sadly we won’t be coming to this location EVER AGAIN and we spent almost $30
Prices have skyrocketed but the cheesecake was delicious. Who would have known that you can order an amazing cheesecake here. Not sure how people can afford to go out to eat with the extremely high prices.
When did this place become so expensive? Been a few years since I've been to this restaurant. I got 3 adult means, 2 drinks, and 2 kids meals with drinks and it was $50. They didn't get one of the ordered sides right it was supposed to of been rice, not fries. It was freezing from the air running in the middle of winter. The service was just okay nothing worth bragging about. The food was good and fried to perfection.
I'm not one to eat fish regularly. But when I feel the urge I go to Long John Silvers. Always satisfying when I get the urge. My latest trip was great. Cashier was new and had to ask senior staff questions. But we all have to learn. So nothing bad there. Food was excellent. Service was great. So of course I will return when the urge strikes.
I'm so sick of businesses stating their hours as one thing and it being another once you drive across town it's closed. Your hours say ten anc your closed before 930. If this doesn't get fixed we will just stop coming here.
2 people working, nobody else but me there, grabbed to go food, order was wrong, food was like it wasn't drained, full of grease.
Ate there on the first Friday of the new year, in a sunny, but windy afternoon. It was a great respite from the cold. Delicious hot fish, great coleslaw and Lobster was the spot on fire! Needed garlic butter, and apparently they have neither of them. So, bring you own sauce, cause theirs is full of soy. I really enjoyed the grilled shrimp platter, good green beans and killer okra.ok rice (no flavor) and no soy sauce. Overall 3.9/5 Thank you for your solid and polite services.
