Long John Silver's, Arnold MO

Hush puppies not done, fish smaller portion than normal. I have been coming to this location for years and tonight’s meal was very disappointing

We went there for their coupon offer 8 pieces of fish and/or chicken for $8.88 and it was good & what we wanted. We’ll definitely go back, service was good & place was clean even though it’s an older Long John Silver’s bldg.

It was a great change of pace from burgers, but I remembered why I don't eat there often. Its just too salty!

Awesome service, we pulled up in a semi truck after the dining room was closed, pouring rain so we ordered in the drive thru, really wish we would’ve gotten their names but the young lady with the blue hair offered to bring out our food to the truck, we noticed we were missing our coleslaw and not a minute later the manager is bringing out 2 coleslaws. No doubt best LJS we’ve ever been in. Food was good too

This place is awesome! The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious. The best meal I've had out in a very long time. The employees were all very nice. All thefood was hot and fresh. Try the green beans they had the best flavor. I wish I lived closer.

Was a meh experience. Food was ok. Service was meh. Prices were sorta high. Captain D's is better.

Very greasey, and the coleslaw was bad. The employees were both very friendly and had positive attitudes!

We live way out in Union, Mo.so it's a treat to have Long John Silvers!

Over priced, rubbery like fish, miniature (nugget sized) chicken strips, cold under cooked fries, nasty, unnatural food source of a resturant.

They were training a new cashier. Staff was curtious to us and kind and instructive to the new employee.
Food was very hot and tasty.

Really good customer service. Which is really rare now that Covid hit. The girl in the drive though was so nice. It was like a breath of fresh air. Her name was Dawn F. Please tell her thank you

Great service and great food. Long lines in drive thru but it moved quickly. I wl definitely go back.

The customer service is top notch. Brought my food andcondiments to the table and then came back to check on how I was doing.that type of service is becoming rare nowadays in a fast food restaurant.

Ordered some shimp to find out it has not been devained. So if you like eating poop I would recommend the shrimp. You would think a seafood place would know a little about how to prepare the food.

Not many Long John Silver‘s left in St. Louis this is one of the best ones left in my opinion.

We love the food but the last few times our order wasn't correct. (3 times)
I'm hoping they get the new folks trained and
it returns to a more normal accurate process.

The food was good but the music was very loud, probably to cover up the loud conversation amongst the employees. Very annoying.

Stright joke for real walked in 50 mins before they closed and you would have thought it was 3 mins till close girl in the back messed up our order beacuse she didnt hear the guy up front beacuse she had headphones in
