13They were very rude and my food came out wrong then I went back to get it fixed. Then the food was inedible. Very disappointed
The food was mediocre. It's nothing like what Long John Silver's used to be. What happened to giving out the crunchies? The service was very slow. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very boring. I'm used to before when the decorations were fun and inviting.
1 car in lot, 2 people eating inside. Tried to get a to go order and worker said they were slammed busy and it would be at least 15-20 minute wait. Was around 8pm on a Friday so it's not like it was at close.
Worst customer service experience ever.
I enjoy KFC chicken strips! The people who work here are nice even when they have a lot of business. I do wish they would get the front door fixed - at least one of them still work!
Food was good, all the chairs were put up an hour before closing and had to put them down myself then when leaving they were mopping making the floor very slippery before we left, almost fell 2 times while leaving
This location is old and outdated, but the food is still delicious. Its LJS so you probably already know what your getting yourself into. Greasy/Oily food that will nearly clog your arteries before you can pull out of the parking lot and I LOVE every bit of it. 100% will return anytime im in the area.
Got order home and one was not what I ordered. One was correct, but both dinners were terrible. Chicken and fish was very overcooked and hushpuppies were too greasy to eat. Ended up trashing both dinners. So sad. We live 20 minutes away, otherwise would have taken order back. This store has big. Problems.
I got a six piece shrimp to go, worst shrimp ever, haven't been to a long John silvers in 40 years, won't go again, don't understand how they are still in business, the other folks with me had the same reaction about their meals.
As y'all know, I am a long time LJS fan. When its good nothings better but when it's not.this pne has never disappointed me! Nuff Sed
After the last three times eating at the Mt. Vernon Long Johns, I have decided to write a review. Going to make this simple. The absolute worst food I have ever eaten. It was pitiful. Not sure how they keep the place open. If you read my review and eat there anyway, it's not without warning.
Everything looked very good but the breading on the chicken was disgusting and I'm a big fan of KFC.well, I hope it's just for that day since the rest of the things like puree brisket salad were very delicious
The customer service made this visit! The staff is kind friendly and do a great job. The food was good.
Just passing thru driving a 1,400 mile round trip. We were road weary and hungry. Our server was very polite and friendly and was very knowledgeable of the menu and extremely helpful in choosing substitute sides for our combo meals!
