LongHorn Steakhouse, Lee's Summit MO

We have eaten here many times in the past, and had good experiences. We went July 14, after another place shut down. We ordered our usual Outlaw Ribeyes. My wife's was good, according to her. Mine tasted like it had been soaked in vinegar or urine. Our waitress was an imbecile. She had to be asked twice to bring us silverware. She and all the other wait staff spent most of our time there clustered around the kitchen entrance, giggling and gabbing with each other. We won't be going back!

Went for a late lunch and the food was fresh and cooked the way we requested. Our waitress was friendly and attentive.

Food is great, service is great after you realize how busy the staff is. Our waitress was running her butt off trying to make everyone happy.

Waiting 40 mins for food not cooked properly. They had all of 4 tables to serve. Disappointed. Always been great before now.

They were very busy (Friday night), but everyone was pleasant, attentive and professional. I placed an order to go as always, and had a drink while I waited. It was a good experience as always.

Excellent food and service. The atmosphere, however, was a little noisy. Price wise a little too expensive to eat there too often.

Could have given you a 5 star, but my grill chicken and green salad with strawberries didn't have any strawberries in it.

For some reason they never have all of what we want when we order. The staff is always great.

As soon as we walked into the restaurant it smelled, like a sour smell. Took about 20 minutes to get our food which was cooked wrong and was barely warm when it came out. Overall not a good experience at all. This was our first time ever coming to longhorn. Pretty disappointed for the $70 dinner we had.

The entire meal was so satisfying! The steak was cooked perfect I had it cooked medium rare!

I had their lunch special I had the steak salad and it came with a side aside which I ordered a macaroni and cheese but the waitress did not understand the menu so she charged me for the side order macaroni and cheese I didn't notice it until I got home I wouldn't order they're 599 small margarita drink it had no alcohol in it the well drinks are not great so don't waste your money besides that everything was nice and I did not like they're brown bread that they served no taste whatsoever

The manager was walking around talking to different people at their tables. Making himself known being friendly holding conversations with different people but not one time did he come to me and my mama's table and say hey how are you how was your food thanks for coming to longhorn as if he was doing with the others. But I'm not mad it's my birthday everybody does not acknowledge certain people and me and my mom are African-American. So that said a lot but thanks again to Sydney my waitress who made the experience a great one. But I won't be back I don't want to be somewhere eating feeling uncomfortable and like I'm not welcome in a establishment.

The waitress was pleasant and attentive. She had a nice smile. She checked on us often but not so much that it felt intrusive.
The food was very good, steak cooked perfectly.
We were able to have a nice meal and a chance to visit and catch up.

The waitress, Marshay, was very attentive, pleasant, and professional in getting our order and attending to our needs. The food was excellent. We ordered t-bone steak with asparagus, KC strip steak with broccoli, sirloin steak with redrock shrimp, a sweet potato and house salad, chicken strips with mashed potatoes, and wild shrimps with a sweet potato and house salad. We also had stuffed mushrooms and seasoned wild wings for appetizers.

My plate and our appetizer were delicious, my wife's plate was good except for the steak they couldn't get it done enough for her. Hence the three stars. It actually is a bonus for me because I get to eat her steak to.

The food was great. My portion of salmon was questionable.
Our waiter was really good! Very attractive, we never had to ask for anything. He had it before we could think about it. AMAZING JOB!
The employees, restaurant and parking lot were clean. The parking lot and area are safe.
