LongHorn Steakhouse reviews
16My absolute favorite place to get a good steak and a good margarita! The service had always been great! Food is so tasty!
Service and management was excellent! Food came out fast and it was exactly what you were expecting! We will definitely be back.
Alot of empty throughout my visit with people standing waiting to be seated. Just a guess, not enough people wanting to work, so nobody to hire. Overall experience was good, I will be going back
I have always liked the steak here the manager she is really nice and the bartender ican remember her name she is awesome
Longhorn never fails. It's always delicious and they have the best Blue Cheese Dressing
Great establishment. Great food. Friendly staff and actually pleasantly snappy on the time. Thanks guys.
The hostess was hella rude, didn’t even acknowledge our presence at first! Finally got a table and then ordered food. After an hour of wait they came around asking why we were there. We finally decided to leave without eating. The manager came by and was apologizing and said she’ll only charge us for drinks; we got diet sodas only lol. Asked them no it’s fine and paid for what we had for appetizers and left. I will never go here again and will ask work people not to organize any events here neither.
They pump out those steaks as fast as they can so if you tell them medium well or medium, prepare for a still bleeding steak.
Not to mention prepare yourself for a $200 tab too.
To me if a steakhouse prides themselves on their steaks, then they should at least cook them correctly.
I had to wait long enough to get it and I didn't want to send it back to the cook because who knows what would happen to it, my fault for watching too many movies.
In my experience the price and the fact t9hat they couldn't get a steak correct will deter me from coming back.
Oh and my "loaded" baked potato I ordered was overdone and dry, had 3 shreds of cheese and barely any butter or sour cream on it. Hardly a "loaded" baked potato.
However, it was the atmosphere and a surprise birthday party for my mother is why it was enjoyable.
My server did a good job though.
Wonderful food and service. However, the atmosphere left something to be desired. We had to listen to phone conversations from the table behind us (on speaker phone no less), and they kept getting up and having loud conversations with people at other tables in the area. Fine, enjoy talking when you are out, but have some courtesy for those around you. We don't want to hear what you are discussing when we have our own conversations. Was quite distracting and a bit disrespectful to those around them.
Tee had to wait to be seated and there was open seats all over the dining room. Then they sat us with people all crowded together by the bar. Not fun at all.
Good luck getting a waitress to even appear at your table. So far the hostess is doing the awol waitresses job. Extremely disappointed. This used to be a great place to eat but has gone drastically down hill. Horrible experience.
Great food and a large selection. The service is really good and there is a lot of seating options for larger groups.
A group of us went here for lunch today. We always hit this same Longhorn on the way back from our yearly music festival in Arkansas as well as other various travels along I49. This is hands down the best Longhorn in the country. The steaks are always on point and the service is always great as well. Today's experience was outstanding. I wish I remembered our servers name, but we showed up with 5 of us and ordered apps while waiting for our friends who were 45 min behind. She did great at not rushing us and when our food was almost up, the meals we ordered for our friends who were late were held hot until they showed up. Wonderful hospitality. The steaks were perfectly cooked as well. Working in the service industry myself, I love when I get to enjoy an exceptional dining experience. Well done!
Took a young couple as a Thank You. She had never been. We all had good food & service and an enjoyable experience.
There Steaks are always good and so is there Mac & Cheese. If you like Onion Soup, it is really good.
