Phil was nice and tried to be accommodating.
But.graveside svc was awkward bc the men weren't on cue to lower casket.wish someone would've told me ahead of time that the roses we threw in on the casket would make a huge "KERPLUNK" sound.
We forgot the flower spray the day of, but came back by at 4: am to pick it up only to discover it had been ravaged.

Megan was the most outstanding thing that ever happened to the funeral industry. She was direct when needed with the confusion with family. She was professional. She bent over backwards and jumped through every hoop. I know at one point she was the only employee running the entire show, Covid work shortages hit the funeral industry. My brother has been buried here for 20 years. They have taken care of our every tiny wish and concern for the last 20 years. The visitation and graveside services were perfect in every way. Whatever Megan’s compensation, it needs to be doubled. Thank you for honoring our father Gary Crenshaw in the way he deserved.

Megan was assigned to us for the funeral arrangements of our father/father in law. I cannot say enough nice things about her. She went above and beyond at every step during this difficult time in our lives. Even remembered little facts we’d shared with her and spoke about him after the service was completed. Overall we were very glad to be able to work with her.

Hands down very professional and clearly know what they are doing. They are very sensitive and caring. My family and I were really thankful for their services in this extremely difficult time. Thank you Megan and Bridgette for everything.

Staff is courteous, but the money they want is crazy. There are so many better options in Jackson county.
