Los Michoacanos Garcias reviews
17We have been to this location many times, they never disappoint! Great food, wait staff, and environment!
First time visiting this location. I had the lunch faquitas. So good. Moist chicken! The chips are light and the cheese dip and salsa was excellent. Definitely will return!
For was amazing my mother and i go for the red tacos she xalls em lol. The waiter could of slowed down a bit and not get iritated when I asked him to repeat himself. Spinning off while awnsering a question is not ok.
Stopped tonight to get the kids dinner… two kids plates (6.99 x2) a cheese dip and guacamole dip…. $38! That’s insane… and there’s barely any food at all. Won’t be going back. Guy at the window was rude, refused to listen or answer questions, just grabbed the card and charged it. Does this look like $38 worth of food?
If you want authentic Mexico (like TJ border/ California Mexican food in a Midwest state like Missouri this is it. Nothing short of spectacular.
Great taco Tuesday deals! The food is great! You won't need lots of tacos to feel full. Drink specials, too!
Excellent food and service. Shrimp tacos were DELISH and queso was A1. Will be back. Everyone else enjoyed their food as well.
These guys are awesome and very generous with their portions and probably my new favorite restaurant
Delicious food! The gorditas are awesome! The barbacoa birria tacos are dynamite, we had steak, chicken, and al pastor Street tacos plus the burrito texano.everything was wonderful and not overly priced. Can't wait to go back and try something else new!
Beef taco was good. Chicken taco was plain and dry. Salsa was good. Waitress could understand language, which made ordering very difficult. We did not get the correct order but settled do to language barrier. Margaritas were good.
Normally food is pretty good. This time, however, I'll be throwing out my enchiladas due to the chicken being incredibly over cooked. Pretty disappointing.
I really enjoyed the chips and salsa. That's the main reason I go to Mexican restaurants. Food was good. Service as well.
Only bad thing I can say had nothing to do with the staff, the table behind us was extremely loud. Loved this restaurant.
Enjoyed our lunch here. Based on a recommendation from the server I had the "Caldo de Rez Rojo, Spiced beef stew with corn on the cob, potato, zucchini, carrots and cilantro. " Served with
lime and tortillas, it was indeed spicey, but VERY good. The beef was flavorful and quite tender.
The service was friendly, prompt, and appropriately attentive but definitely not "hovering. "
I'm sure we'll be back to explore more of the menu.
I was visiting the area for work. The place wasn't crowded at all. We came on a Fri around noon and walked right in and were seated. We ordered food that took a little while to come out. We had a party of seven. So, it wasn't a big crowd. I got the chicken and steak fajitas. The chicken was kind of tough and the vegetables were cut extremely huge. Matte fact, the steak was tough too. The flavor wasn't too bad but the texture was the deal breaker for me. Not too bad. I don't know much about the area to compare it to, but it was ok.
Jesús is the best server I’ve ever had. He is exceptional! He anticipated my needs before I could bring them to his attention. He was very kind and had an inviting personality. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for but he gave the best suggestion. The food was delicious and served hot. I would recommend everyone try this restaurant and ask for Jesús!
I am completely outraged by the experience I had today with this restaurant. I received several wrong foods item, after I clarified my order with them several times. I ordered fajitas with no bell peppers, a cheese dip and a shredded cheese. Not that difficult of an order. The person placing the order asked me several times about my order and I clarified what I wanted 2 to 3 times. Then he even read me back what I ordered. I received my food and it was wrong. I immediately called and everything was worked out. I was told I was going to get a refund for the wrong items and I would get a replacement fajita order when I came back to the restaurant. I was pleased with the resolution. However, 20 minutes later they called me and accused me of lying about the issues I had. Excuse me? What need would I have to lie? I already had to pick through my food because I am not a fan of bell peppers. They told me that they asked the cook and he said he prepared the food correctly. The person on the phone said that if I didn’t have a picture, then I was lying. WHAT? !? I would’ve sent a picture if you asked previously 20 minutes prior. There was no issue, and now you are accusing me of lying about my food. I stated that I was unhappy and planned on writing a bad review about this whole experience because I thought everything was just ridiculous. She hatefully insinuated that it wouldn’t be a big ordeal, so I hope that you are ready for food mistakes, bad attitudes, and accusations with this restaurant. I would save my money and go somewhere that actually respects their customers.
