LOTO Boat Rental, Osage Beach MO

My book club does an annual trip the the lake of the Ozarks. This year we decided to rent a boat. We did the boat party rental for the day. It came with a captain boat driver. Pete picked us up at the condo and drove us around the lake. He knew great coves to float. It was super fun and very relaxing. Highly recommend this place. Will be using them again next year.

Sean and his team were awesome to work with! We came in unsure what to rent for our group of 7 and he helped us figure out what might work best. His team helped us all get setup and out on the lake. Dan Culver is an absolute amazing driver to hire! We rented a tritoon boat for 3 hours and got the pleasure of having Dan as our driver. He gave us some insight on the Lake of the Ozarks during the boat ride and also had great conversations with us. Very professional, but also made sure we had an awesome trip on the boat! If you're looking for somewhere to rent a boat, I would highly recommend LOTO boat rental and Dan if you need a driver!

Came in on a Saturday morning, no employees on site just the owner- he kept complaining that 6 of his employees didn't show. My boyfriend and I had to pull the kayaks wait on the burning sun and still he couldn't find us cushions nor seats. We thought he would offer a discount but he was really stern about it and charged us an hour each for kayaking. Never coming back here again.

Hired kayacks for the morning - everyone was so friendly and helpful and happy to give advice. Tay looked after us really well and was a joy to be around. Fantastic place to rent from.

First time rented from LOTO and had a bad experience. We rented a Tritoon for three hours. Drove for an hour into the lake and spent about an hour swimming there. On the way back the boat started to beep and engine lost power. I restarted the engine and we drove for about 7 mins and same thing happened again. I called them multiple times and nobody answered for good 25 mins. We were stranded in the lake. Then the guy called back and told us they probably forgot to check the oil level which might be low and that might be the problem. Asked me where I was, I told them mile marker 11, and guy went like “oh god. ” I had my whole family there looking concerned. Guy’s resolution was drive back in idle speed, which made us over an hour late and messed up our other plans. Worst part was they did not show any concern. When we got back, he was like “well I won’t charge you for the over time. ” Are you kidding me? Instead of making it right, he said he won’t charge me for the over time. Never renting from there again.

Had a great experience renting a Tritoon boat this morning. Dan did a fabulous job as captain and gave us a very nice tour of the area. So much cooler on the water. My family enjoyed the time. Would recommend.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the lake and especially our experience renting from LOTO Boat Rental! Cpt. Mark was excellent…he was kind, informative, and made the entire reservation experience very informative, smooth, and easy. Jerri was also extremely friendly and explained everything we needed to know before we went out on the water. She called us a few hours before our reservation time to check to see if we were prepared for the cooler weather! She has a great personality and truly wanted us to have a fun day. This was our first boat rental experience and we will always use LOTO, they are outstanding and genuinely care for their customers, thank you for a wonderful day!

My husband and I rented Kayaks from LOTO and had a great time on the lake. Jerri was extremely friendly and helpful!

Absolutely the best service I've ever had. Huge thank you to captain Mark and Jerri. So accommodating to all of our situations. From helping my grandpa get situated on and off the boat with his oxygen and wheelchair to all of our children, they were just so helpful. Third captain Mark and Jerri was so nice and funny. Really made our time here and the prices was very nice since we have a large group. Lastly very fast response. Definitely would come back and recommend.

I had a great time there my whole fraternity rented a bunch of boats and it was an amazing time. I also left my new Apple Watch there and Jerri sent it back to me right away

Dan was our driver and guide on 9/10/21. He was so pleasant and friendly, answered all our questions about Lake of the Ozarks, and shared interesting facts about the lake.

Incredible customer service! Captain Mark got us set up with our reservation, answered my million questions, and even had some great recommendations around the lake! On the day of our rental, Jerri was quick, and got us through paperwork and recommended spots for tubing! Even got us a great rate for an extension on our rental time! Dan was thorough when we went over the boat, helped us in and out of the dock, got us set up with our tube and fun mat! Both were friendly, funny, and had exactly the energy we were looking for! We’ll absolutely be back next year!

The new boat was great and the employees really helpful. Highly recommend for a great outing on the Lake.
