My boyfriend just went into the store tonight. We knew exactly what bag I wanted and ready to buy it. Not one worker welcomed us, looked at us, or helped us. So we walked out after waiting for help for twenty minutes ‍️

Excellent Customer Service!

Due to a illness in the family, I was not able to do my annual holiday shopping at LV. After the first of the year, I made my pilgrimage to obtain my inserts for my daily planner.

As I entered the store, I was promptly greeted by multiple staff members and one stepped out from behind the counter to assist me. I told her, I'd be a quick and easy sale, I showed her my planner and requested the daily insert.

They were sold out. I wasn't surprised, since it was after the first of the year and most by them at year end. She did show me the weekly insert, but I'm a daily organizer. She offered to order me one and asked if I wanted to pick it up at the store or have it shipped to me home. I opted for my home, since I live an hour away. She quickly processed the sale and thanked me for my business.

The shipping was as quick as a shipment from Amazon Prime. My purchase made at 10: 46AM and I was notified that it had been shipped at 11: 36AM on the same day. To my surprise, the package arrived at 1: 35PM the very next afternoon. When I opened the shipping box, my purchase was presented as if I bought it in the store. That is, Excellent Customer Service

You could experience the worst LV customer service ever in this store! I brought two defective bags purchased online before the price increased recently to the store to exchange. Tyra helped me at the beginning, she is very nice and helpful. Then a short woman suddenly jumped out and started to challenge me, "if you exchange too much, that will make your bad purchases record" What? Are u kidding me? I told her "This is my first time to exchange, and they are DEFECTIVE bags, It is the bag's problem, not mine. " Do you think I have any interest of exchanging bag for fun? Or you talk with your customer in this way? Then I told her i prefer only Tyra to help me. But she still hanging there, and then she told me, i have to paid the difference (increased price). I did not have any experience of exchange bags but i do hear customer don't need to pay the difference within return and exchange 30 days, even though the price is increased or tax is different. She said that is her store policy and bring out the store manager (Deborah), the manager said it is THEIR store policy.then, I called the LV online service immediately, and online agent tells me, in my current situation, i don't need to pay the difference, I gave the phone to the manager, the manager starts to explain like this "she needs to return the bag, and rebuy it, and she need to pay the current price, right? " I told her, "i am not returning it and rebuying, i am exchanging it. " the online agent tells me, they may have their own return or exchange policy.she feels sorry. Is this a joke? This is the only store has the different policy from the other LV store or online. What a terrible store! Totally agree with these reviews suggest this store need NEW management!

I got this store mixed up with Saks. Saks deserve 5 stars because both were about 15 minutes to closing but Louis Vuitton stopped us at the door gave us some cologne sample's that the manager didn't know the name of and blew us off. We went right to Saks and the two lady's helped me and my wife choose a variety box of MFK if you know fragrances worth $300 and gave us all samples and explained if they were unisex or not. What type of occasion to wear them and everything. We went to Louis Vuitton first to buy a bottle of ME'TE'ORE but when I tried to ask they blew us off and acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I even said in the"blue bottle". I don't think I'll go back there.

My employer had me order 7 scarves. We sent one back. It came back with a generic letter that it could not be refunded. He sent me to our local store, without an appointment. I told them it was for a return. I was put in line, I waited over an hour. It took them 30seconds to tell me I would have to contact someone else they could not do anything. I called they would not talk to me about the account because i was not my employer. They let me purchase the item. I called back and told them I was him they would not believe me.
My employer is very uset.
Is it a matter of national securty why the refund was declined? I would expect much more from this type of establshment.
High priced, Low customer service. Stay clear.

MAKE SURE YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE YOU GO. Amazing experience. I have been there a few times since I moved here recently. The client advisor was great! The first time I had a wait, 1 hour. But for the 2nd and 3rd time I was seen right away. I booked an appointment prior to coming in. I was able to purchase exactly what I needed. The same client advisor who helped me during every visit is very informative and helpful. Ordered me a bag, and I picked it up less then 2 days later! Amazing. I will be definitely be coming back to this store. I do advise, if you plan on visiting this LV store, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! That way you don’t have to wait an hour or more. I love this store:)

It's the only store at Frontenac that requires an appointment. I was told the wait time was 3 hours. Who has time to specifically make an appt to shop for a handbag? It's a poor start for an overall experience.the store should work around the customer's availability, not theirs?

From the reviews I will not waste my time on foolishness. I'm love LV and will not be disrespected or treated poorly like many in the comments were. I was thinking about going today but never mind.

Very poor service level. I have stated this before and shared with LV customer service. This place needs new management, friendly faces and employees that want to be there. Everytime I go in to make a purchase I leave feeling disappointed. The staffs attitude and the way they speak to the client is completely unacceptable. It’s almost they act as if you are doing them a favor by purchasing goods from them. Unfortunately, I love the product and I keep going back. However, this place needs a refresh!

Shockingly horrible service from an iconic company. Went into Louis Vuitton store in Frontenac Plaza November 2021. I spoke with Theo regarding a newer defective wallet. He photographed and made notes informing me I would hear back from him within five days regarding repair procedures. Six weeks later no response, I return in person to the store where they tell me I need to speak with Theo who is not there and that the company is having system issues regarding customer service. (? !?) She told me there was nothing she could do. Since then I have texted Theo on his work phone as instructed and tried to speak with him at the store. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSE. I have now made four in person and phone message attempts over a period of three months. Completely astounded at the non-existence of customer service. I will never purchase another product from Louis Vuitton. This store is an embarrassment to the company.

This is possibly the worst LV in the USA. The staff is exceedingly rude, unknowledgeable, and very unprofessional. They come outside of the store with their I Pad and ask what you are looking for. You have to show them on the IPad so that they can make sure that they have the item. Then if you say you may want to look at other items, they ask you which items. When the staff member comes out to call your name, it’s not in order of when you arrive or have your appointment, it’s relative to how much your item costs. So if you want a bag VS a small key chain, the customer who wants the bag gets called first. It’s absolutely the worst LV store and what a shame. I will NEVER a shop their again. They just don’t care, but from the looks of many of the reviews, my experience is very similar to a lot of other folks who are disappointed with this Frontenac Plaza “ Shop”. Good Riddance.

Called ahead. Spoke with their customer service line, made sure what I wanted was in stock at the store. Arrived at the store at 4pm and was turned away because they were "at capacity for the evening". No mention of appointment was made.

Customer Service is very poor. I called prior to talk with LV concierge service, she looked up the item I wanted. Made no mention of the fact I had to make an appointment! She said walk ins were fine. I get to this store, they could care less of my story, more of the fact I did not have an appt. I was told to wait for about 30 minutes. It now has been over an hour. Despite being rude about it, and the sign on the window says 24 people. There are NOT 24 people in this store! People leave and are NOT replaced. Finally got in… ONLY husband/wife and me! THEY don’t CARE … horrible attitudes… 0 stars

Worst LV store I have had to deal with. I have bag I bought 4 months ago that was damaged. I made an appointment online, then went to the store and wait another hour AND a half after my appointment for my turn to go in. I guess they wanted the sales, before the damaged bag situation to enter? They took a pics of bag, said they were sending them to quality control, who would determine whether I needed to pay to repair my $2,600 bag I purchased four months earlier. The manager and sales associate tell me I will get a response in 2-3 days. Well, 5 days go buy and no word from LV. I text the sales associate. No response. Call customer service, they tell me stores can’t accept incoming calls. My husband finally decides to take it upon himself to go through the process of sending pics (again) and sending them and the bag in for repair. Waiting for my bag to come back. Oh, and the kicker, I drove two hours to the Frontenac store. And accomplished NOTHING. We will continue to reach to our contacts in Chicago and Las Vegas. Never will we but from the St. Louis Frontenac LV store.

Justin was an incredible resource and very insightful. My mom and I even missed our appointment and they were nice enough to squeeze us in despite how busy they were. Great customer service!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with what I once considered to be to a professional, high end store. I called ahead to make an appointment and was told we did not need one. When we went to put our name in we were told an hour wait. We were completely fine with this. We sat and waited and watched many customers come in and out. After 45 minutes I went up and asked a woman next to me how long she had been waiting. She said 10 minutes and she did not have an appointment. Moments later this woman was brought into the store. I also watched many people just walk up point to items and then be let into the store. When it was obvious I wanted to speak with the sales associate about the multiple people she had let in ahead of us, she handed off the iPad to a new person who had no excuse for this extremely poor, inappropriate, bias behavior. We did not even receive an apology. I will never give my business to this store again. I am appalled.

I purchase a graceful mm bag then went to exchange bag 2 weeks later well the price went up on all the bags which I understand that but when I did my even exchange they told me due to the price going up I have to pay the original price even though I’m doing a even exchange this came from the advisor so I ask to speak with manger myself because this isn’t right so I’m paying the difference for my new bag then my old bag you guys are selling it for the new price which isn’t right the manger wouldn’t even speak to me like I find that really crazy it’s not like I wasn’t spending money I’m not shopping at the store ever again I would rather shop online are take a trip to another lv store I feel if I was a different race the manger would have came out and spoke to me
