Not Good. Started-off “Okay”. But once they “got you” as a Customer…their follow-up Customer Service, and their “friendly attitude & demeanor” of their Customer Appreciation started to dwindle fast. They left you with the feeling of: “Now the Sale is Done, no more work to do anymore”. Not a great friendly Customer Experience to have with their Dealership.

These guys are awesome! Had a bad experience with a different dealership in the area, decided to try Lovegreen. Was it worth it? Absolutely! Everyone at Lovegreen made it so easy and treated you as the most important customer they ever had. The mechanic "listened" to the noise of my C- Max and said the transmission needed to be replaced. That's not happening! He may be right but to pay $125 for a quick listen seems high.
