Love's Travel Stop reviews
21 The shop guys are the worst#1 on earth. Don’t waste ur time here, find another location.
I check in to do oil change around 9: 30 AM and they did nothing until I left by my self at 04: 00 pm.
Lazy, just talking laughing around.
Only 2 trucks were ahead of me, that is what I was told.
Clay doss Tire tech on location here. Great experience. Fast friendly service from him and his team members. Very professional. Got my trailer tire and light issues resolved without delay. I was very impressed and satisfied. Highly recommend this location for your mechanical needs as well as your travel needs.
Loves is consistently a great place to stop. Clean bathrooms, plenty of a selection of food and drinks. Clean soda area, very nice cashier.
Shower goes from hot to cold to hot to cold to hot to cold. I buy a lot a fuel from you people. You need to step it up pls
Excellent staff. 100 points for the expansion of the parking lot.wonderful! Every day improving.
The shower attendant made comments loudly after we walked out. I was still standing around corner looking at gloves. After that decided not to get gloves or anything else. We go to loves cause we know what to expect, friendly clean facilities. The staff was not friendly and actually was the least friendly we have encountered. This one goes on the list of truck stops not to return to.
Make sure that what you pay for gets done. Paid for a PM Service and to have my Cabin Air Filter changed. You can see that the oil filter was changed but the fuel filters were never opened because there is no moisture on the side as you can see on the oil filter. AND LOOK at that cabin Air filter. Looks new right? ! Then oil plug starts leaking. Tech did not put gasket on with plug and torqued it so tight another location had to use an impact to take the plug off.
Nasty, horrible and dirty inside and out. All the fuel islands were slick with fuel and full of garbage. Men's and women's restrooms were filthy and rank. And you need to do something about drivers taking their 30 minute break in the fuel islands. Some of us don't need to stop that long. Almost as bad as wamshitter wy Love's
Stopped to get steer tires rotated & the “technician” put the lug nuts on backwards and ruined the rim!
The shop sucks big time. Needed a simple repair brake drum put on. Was told 3 trucks in front of me so no big deal I'll wait. 5 hours go by. I go check in and they still have 3 trucks in front of me. 5 shop guys in there and they still can't repair trucks in a timely manner.
Slowest and most useless repair place I have ever seen. 45 minutes to plug a tire. Marcus broke a valve stem in tire pass (his third for the morning). Another 2 hour waig
Do not buy fuel here their pumps are not accurate I just put almost 21 gallons in when my tank only holds 20 gallons and I wasn't empty.
A lot of parking spots and a major selection of food, drinks, and other goodies. The first time I went into a bathroom that was scented and the smell was good. So props to this loves. Great breakfast food. And yes the bathroom is clean.
Nice people awesome shower gets 5 stars
Piss poor planning on entry exit makes this Loves one to pass by if your in a hurry
The manager 'Steve Cooper' is AWESOME! I parked in a questionable spot and he asked and explained why I needed to move. I explained why I parked there and asked if he knew of a spot where I could park that wouldn't be in the way. Not only did he tell me. He stood and held the spot for me. I thanked him emphatically! He said it was due to my mannerism toward him. Obviously kindness goes a long way both ways.
The biggest pain is truckers taking their thirty minute break at the fuel pumps instead of finding a parking space and then taking their break from there.
Very clean restrooms and nice convenience store. Close to exit off highway and eat entrance back onto highway.
Very nice to my tourist friend Tracksuit Andy! Gave him a exquisite example of an american corn dog!
It's a quite environment friendly staff. The bathrooms were actually clean when I was there. As far as parking I went in about 1030 pm and still got a spot.
Cheap gas & clean restrooms. Handicapped parking available. Open 24 hours per day. It's just what you need for your road trip.
