Love's Travel Stop, New London MO

Station part is clean and people are friendly but Hardee’s needs to go and something new needs to be put in there.

I waited for 35 minutes for propane, after being told someone would be right out to help me. The manager on duty said that no one at the truck center was answering. They couldn't be bothered to take 30 seconds to let me know that no one was answering before letting me wait. So I wasted 35 minutes waiting and had no propane. I could have drove to Hannibal and back in that time. Manager was unapologetic.

Very clean - probably one of the nicest truck stops I’ve ever been to. We visit many while traveling in our RV and we try to patronize Love’s if we can.

Is this is how you value weary truck drivers that spend $600.00 at your fuel pumps Loves?

Waited nearly an hour for a shower. I was 2nd in line. Empty showers and no one cleaning them.
I'll pay for a shower elsewhere.

This Love's Travel stop was very clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and courteous. We will definitely stop here again.

Large dog park. Stocked store. Plenty of parking for patrons and weary travelers. Fast food restaurant and healthier options via the typical loves food islands. Eggs, fruit, etc.

Only issue, pump 5 didn’t print a receipt. One bathroom stall had no seat liners. Based on the tidy well kept BR expect it’ll get followed next check.

Staff working hard outside power washing sidewalk and inside helping customers.

I’ve pit stopped and slept a Loves around the country. This would be a great overnight stop, in my option. Lots of spaces. Plenty of showers. Newer looking Loves isn’t a bad thing either.

Sometimes the vintage stops aren’t as pretty. This place definitely has a sparkle in its own way.

If ya have a dog, lots of run space. Plus the large long park.

I’m down this way often, I’ll be back

If you want to be made late constantly because the pumps don’t work right and they NEVER fill the receipt box in the pump, you’ll be going to the right place. This Love’s SUCKS TERRIBLY. These people have no business running a fuel stop. An absolute joke. Never again.

This establishment, not saying that all Love's are this way, discriminate and the upper management are poorly trained. As a boss you should know that you talk privately with your employee if there is a problem. The GM of Hardee's and of this Love's thinks that it's alright to start rumors around the facility to humiliate any and every employee that they have an issue with. Not including, overworking mothers who deserve to be in there kids lives and forcing them onto overnight shifts Knowing the poor girl has a 1 year old and a now 4 year old at home. Would not recommend even wasting your spit on the parking lot!

I gave a 4 because the loves is actually clean with plenty of truck parking. Hardee’s. I would give them a 1. I paid for a medium they gave me a small. I made it back to the truck and my sandwich is not what I ordered. The chicken is burnt with a ton of mayo on it nothing else. Make sure you check your order before hitting the road.

Love how they have a Hardee’s connected to their location! Jean who works the front counter at the Hardee’s was so sweet and kind! Her customer service was exceptional and her hard work was noticed by all guests that encountered her. It’s becoming rare to find employees like Jean her take pride in what they do and strive to make their customers happy! Keep up the great work Jean!

If you’re like me and you like to pay at the pump without going in, don’t expect a receipt. The workers absolutely must refuse to fill of the receipt paper at the pumps. This place is my last resort because of that. Poor management.

I wanted a shower and girl there walked and out the shower and put towels in there and never cleaned the shower. I walk in and seen hair on the floor of the shower and hair around the sink. It's ashame I had to put a 2 start, Every other loves truck stop are so clean. This is the first time this happens to me at any love's.

Guys in service shop, They are so good. Helped me with my trailer to move tandem wheels as they were jammed due to rust. Thank you so much guys.

Today I stopped with my trainer to grab smokes before departing Missouri and was welcomed with a lovely smile and complement from a lovely young lady named Britney. She helped her coworker find the cigarettes that I asked for because they were not familiar with them. She then proceded to finish the transaction. I told her i was just starting my trucking career and congratulated me on my new journey. She recommended me to activate my driver's card so I could use the points building on my card. Overall I will be sure to stop back next time I am in the area. ;o)
