Love's Travel Stop, Willow Springs MO

Very clean but staff is extremely high on drugs! Nodding out at register (genuinely very concerned about well-being for her and so was the other customers behind me) and the other guy was running around like a chicken with his head cut off while dropping everything. Really didn't make me feel safe!

Its clean, clean bathrooms, clean inside. Easy to use scale, no wait for fuel. Not crowded inside.

Great people, friendly fast knowledgeable staff, always greeting you with a welcome to Loves, and a smile. Sure it's their Job, but you can't fake a convincing smile.

My first and last visit
! You would think you could pull to any one of the fuel islands and get fuel but not so! I pulled up to one that was open and noticed the right pump was out of service so I backed up and went to the next one and when I started to use the card reader the screen was blank so I had to move to yet another one.three times total! This is unacceptable in my humble opinion! They could have at least put a cone out there or something to let the drivers know. If it would have been busy there would have been no choice but to drive on through and get back in line which is very time consuming for a driver who delivers Freight on time. I Haul hazardous materials and had to back up to get to the next pump twice. This is very unsafe. But it was the only way to get fuel since other drivers had pulled forward and were blocking the exit from the pumps. It seems truck stops are not making it easy on Commercial Freight haulers nowadays. Whatever happened to the time when truck stops appreciated the fact that drivers need to get in and out as quick as possible? To top all that off I stepped on a huge wad of gum and didn't know it.then when I walked back in my bunk I destroyed an expensive rug. Thanks loves.

This gas station is a bastion of civilization and hot food even at 5 in the morning, they absolutely demand you wear shoes even if it tracks mud everywhere though

We stopped for gas. Realized we had a headlight out. The young man at the automotive counter help find the correct bulb and helped us change it. He was very helpful and friendly.

Everything you could ask for at a Love’s Travel Stop. Clean bathrooms, plenty of gas pumps, friendly service, and well stocked items inside.

Watch for deceptive advertising. Bought two arizona drinks that had a sign on the door 2 for $4.50. Rung up at regular price. I took a picture of the sign directly in front of the flavor I bought saying 34 oz arizona and was told my flavor was not on the picture, so sign wording and location mean nothing and only pictures count.

Great experience! Clean showers and the store as well. Needed ice, and they had none. Every truck stop should have ice. In my opinion.

The pros:
-Prices are inline with the other regional truck stops.
-Fairly clean inside, restrooms were pretty clean and had grit soap to remove oil and grease from hands.
-Large selection of drivers headsets, phone gear.
'Lots of hotdogs on the roller grills
-Fresh iced tea
-Friendly staff
-Semi Parking is plentiful

Cons:
-To get cheaper fuel, you must use the app
While they offer some healthy food options, there is not much of another food selection including Mc Donald's.
-Drink choices are limited here. Fountain and cooler)
-Few slushy choices
-The parking lot is super dangerous to move in. Too clustered and not enough non semi parking.
-Parking lot had lots of trash in it.
1 cashier in the auto and 1 in the semi side.

Upon arrival.walked in, and got a weird kid behind the counter saying "helllllooooo". Coffee dispenser was broke. And the Loves employees watched me have trouble with it and refused to help.this store is very unprofessional and needs an employee overhaul. JS!

This review is directly related to my visit today, Feb 14th. 2023 About 12: 15pm.
I am a small fleet owner (4trucks) and I lease onto a much larger company and all my trucks run a dedicated account. This Loves is about a third of the way on the return run and I direct my trucks to fuel at this Loves.
I know 4 trucks isn’t a lot, but from this day forward none of my trucks will ever return to this location.
I stopped in to fuel and decided to grab a shower and some lunch before getting back on the road.
That’s when I heard Jordan M. In the far end of the shower corridor talking to someone I think he may have been training, and absolutely trashing truck drivers!
There was nothing “funny” or “just joking around” about the things I overheard.
I know nothing will ever come from this.
Which is fine, and I don’t want an email or phone call to “discuss this incident”, because in the end there is not a single thing that could ever be said that will make the things that came out of his mouth acceptable.
I needed to say this so that I’ll sleep better at night knowing that I did something for my handful of drivers by keeping them away from someone that sees them as less than a human being.

Clean, with sweet employees. One of the to of the line places to stop for gas. Got the cutest little magnets.

Nice clean, hot showers. Would've given 5 stars but shower #2 had low water pressure that felt like what I'd imagine being p! Ssed on would be like

Current situation. Snow. But lot is pretty slushy and not so bad.

Love's truck stops without shops are almost always small, no parking, understaffed, and overwhelmed is the rule. This is an exception to the rule

Much better than ordinary gas stations, but bathroom paper products are anything but pleasant
