Love's Travel Stop, Rolla MO

Was a little hesitant to do a wheel seal but they did a great job and didn't try to rob me another truck stop gave me a quote double the price.

Susan and the store manager were the best ever. Professional and super helpful. My trip pack was returned to the truck stop. The only legible number was my phone number.

Susan from the Loves Truck Stop in Rolla, MO called me informing me on my returned trip pak. She and the manager re sent my envelope to my home terminal. Thank you Susan and store manager.

Really bummed out.
I'm not sure why but this store has been "shorthanded " all day. Flu maybe?
Anyhow.it was a working mess. Functional.but dirty. I enjoy Loves. I may skip this 1 next time.

Two stars is more than generous for this loves. To start, it is a small truck stop. Store its self is clean and stocked but bathrooms are wet! Just water everywhere on the floors and sinks. (I've been here a few times and it the same) some staff are rude. Pretty sure some of the staff are getting kickbacks from the tow trucks. They will tow you quick if you are not in a spot. Even if you are not blocking anyone. I guarantee the tow truck is already on the way when they ask you to move. Their suggestion is to go sleep on the off ramp or side of the road. (Totally has enough room for more parking spaces) lot is dirty along with the fuel islands. Squeegees are trash although that's common for all loves truck stops.

If you're running on time or in a hurry don't stop here employees are really slow paced at this stop. Food rollers were empty

Bathrooms are clean and easy to get on and off the highway. Multiple food selections for all tastes. Gas is 10% ethanol and they do carry diesel.

This place is disgusting the bathrooms smell and look like death. The roller grill items are bad sometimes I've recently gotten food poisoning from the breakfast burrito and to top it all off the workers are rude and disrespectful. This is the 3rd loves in the last 2 months that I'll never stop at again. Starting to look like loves is going down hill and they don't care. I'll most likely only be stopping at TA and pilot/flying j from now on.

Very disappointing pulled in for an oil change, was informed it would be an hour wait explained what kind of truck I have, 2 hours later walked back in the guy said for me to drop my trailer I asked why, ” no oil pit “, my truck is 43 feet long you can’t pick it up, I was pissed that your shop wasted my time for nothing

No hot water, for, over a year, manager, no good, you spend, 300, dollar for fuel, an take a cold shower,

Very attentive staff and friendly. Melina, was stocking the drink bar and just finished making tea. The sweet tea is delicious. Liked that that they have Foster Farm corn dogs available. Yum. Lol. Josh, attended to the tire pass and took his time to explain since it was the first time using it. Very nice man. This is a very busy Love's, but everyone is handling all the bustle well. Has a subway and McDonald's if fast grabs aren't for you.

This is the best Lowe’s location I’ve been to. Very spacious showers that are kept very clean. Was really impressed. I felt safe using their facilities some places are scummy and dirty, not here. I highly recommend this location. Thank you so much to the staff and management here

One person was OK, the rest horrible. So much rudeness around that town, and just gets worse. People know nothing of customer service. Truck stop in a tiny town. Get over yourselves.

Ok very busy place. Fri. Night. Gas pump was out of paper so had to go inside to get receipt. Bathrooms were clean and stocked!

They have a good sized parking lot, about 90 truck spots, and a shop. The property is kept clean, and showers are often available, even at busy times.

Shop was poorly equipped to do pm on my truck and didn't do work I asked for. Very bad experience.

Plenty of ez parking. Clean location. Has a Subway AND McDonalds. Has a tire shop. Fuel islands get backed up quickly. Nice friendly staff.

4 loyalty points per gallon and free fountain drinks or coffee. I just wish the would swap out the Mcdonalds for Arby's.

I liked the store but McDonald's employees was messing with other workers hair then didn't wash hands their for I didn't finish my food
