Lowe's Home Improvement, Ozark MO

Me and my father have bought combined 5 different appliance Spending close to 20,000 at different times and not once have they delivered it on the day promised. Just bought a dishwasher that had “5 in stock” to be delivered on a Monday. They called Monday and said they didn’t have it but assured it would be delivered Monday when the shipment came in. Surprise! It didn’t. Said “maybe Thursday”. Don’t sell something you don’t have. It’s that simple. At this point this is a systemic problem. I will be calling corporate to report the store manager. This is inexcusable and they don’t even try to make it right.

Julia at the paint counter is so awesome! She was able to recommend a certain type of paint and primer that would work with what I was needing it for. She worked very quickly and efficiently, making sure all the other customers were also being taken care of as well. All the employees I’ve encountered at this location have been very kind and knowledgeable!

Decided to be a bit crazy and do a total remodel of my kitchen. Paint, trim, stain, flooring, cabinets, ceiling fan, and they've been great through all the purchases!

After checking the website and seeing they were open until 9pm I drove 40 minutes arrive at 8: 04pm to find the store closed. There was even a sign on the door that said temporary hours open until 9pm. But I was refused entry.

I just had a delivery for flooring from Josh and Michael and even though it was raining and miserable out they were kind even though I was probably not the nicest because I had no clue what to do with the stuff being delivered because I hadn’t received info about that. But they still were great and that is definitely some hard labor. Thank you to Lowe’s in Ozark for having great delivery men in Christian County.

It's exactly what you would expect. I've been able to get any home improvement things that I've needed. I have felt that the prices I have seen have been fair. As expected be careful of the cheap brands they do offer.

Two guys that dropped off my flooring last Friday stole my mail box key off my counter! Start hiring better people and not scumbags! Last time I will ever do business with lowes on my home!

Most items I need to work on homes are here, warranties and at a fair price compared to similar store. They even have parking just for veterans! Good service and staff that is very helpful.

I dont trust the people working in the lumber department. My parents broke thier wooden bedframe and they wanted to put a 6x6 post underneath it but the guy told them that treated wood releases chemicals in the air and tried to get them to buy expensive risers.
I told them not to and we will go to meeks or menards to buy the 6x6 cause i know for a fact that the treated wood does not "release harmful chemicals" unless cut, or exposed to weathering

11/21/19 at 1: 30pm. This place has always fell short when it came to customer service, but this is ridiculous. Near the plumbing section, there was several associates working on shelving. They were spraying the shelving with spray cans without proper ventilation and customers present less than 10 feet away. If management were responsible they would’ve waited until after closing or before they opened. I reported them to Lowes corporate and OSHA. This place is grossly irresponsible and poorly managed.

I found what I was looking for. The employees were helpful. After about 2 hours of shopping. When I went to pay. The machines were not working with debit cards. So I wasted 2 hours. Took me 40 minutes at Walmart to find the stuff, pay, and leave.

So.according to the lumber guy at Lowe's.this 27 ft. Gooseneck trailer was too cram packed to load.the OSB.and my sister supposedly said they would drive another 115 miles to come back and get the rest.she did not say that. OSB was checked off as loaded on the ticket. NOT impressed with customer service at this Lowe's location!

Bad service unknowable staff.employee was texting and pushing a loaded dolly and almost ran me over. It eventually cost them the sale. I went there for a new refrigerator ended up going somewhere else much happier now.

Lowe's can be hit and miss. If you're able to speak with someone with actual working knowledge, as we were this last visit in the plumbing section, then the visit is excellent and makes all the difference.
Lowe's does a decent job of keeping the prices fairly low.
The downside is when you can't find someone that knows what they're doing.which happens about half the time.

Rude & Unhelpful. More concerned with making it known that they "know what they're talking about" than helping a customer to get what they need.

Ron in plumbing gets 4 stars, he has helped me for many years on many projects, he is top notch! Love the people here, ALWAYS easy to find help and great advise. Why drive any farther.

Great store in a laid back location. It's very clean and fast and friendly service. One of my favorite ones I've been in

I didn't realize how good I had it before I moved. I miss Ozark Lowes! Ozark Lowes is THE best Lowes in the Springfield down to Branson area. I have been to all the Lowes in the Springfield/Branson area. I suggest you drive a few extra miles to do business at this location if not local.

Came in here to buy Rose's and a new birdbath for the front of my house, the sales associate Bryan was very helpful and very knowledgable. My mother in law and I will be back)
