Lowe's Home Improvement, Republic MO

I'm pretty sure every Lowe's is this way. If you ever need to get ahold of anybody in deliveries but would rather get bounced back to customer service 3 times and after that just gives up and transfers you to a line that goes dead, boy is this the store for you!

I went to the primrose street in Springfield and they could not find inventory, even though website said they had 432pcs. Had to go to the republic mo. Store

Poor service.when pick up item was finally found after 1.5 hrs wait it was damaged beyond repair due to poor packing and handling.very unhappy.

I went to the republic store I needed help with getting string for my weed eater I thought it would be simple but no three times I asked someone ohhhh I call someone no one showed so I walked out I’ll go to Menards they help u out all the time

I like Lowe's for the kind of general products I need for my home. This was a trip for plants and a few other outdoor products and I found everything I needed. One thing they need to improve on.more people on the floor in the area of their expertise.

Lowes is the place to shop for all of the repairs and construction needs for home or any building.
At sometimes it is hard to find help, thus if you need some advice how to get some repair done you must choose the right time to go.
The good news is that 98% you will find any tool needed for a repair or replacement for any construction purposes.
In addition they have a great selection of products to furniture the house, from appliances to trees and plants.

A great home improvement store. The employees are friendly and helpful. They will even take you to where the items you are looking for and point them out on the shelf. They will ask if you need help if you are just looking at different brands of the same item, letting you know which brand they think is the best or the best seller.

For some reason Lowe's had filled the plumbing aisle with carts full of stock, blocking the merchandise we needed. There were several employees nearby, but no one offered to help move the junk out of the way so we could get to what we needed. I managed to get it moved myself so I could finally get to it. Later we needed assistance finding a coupling. I spotted an employee (name tag said Chris) who was very helpful in finding what we needed. Yay for Chris. Boo for the ones who blocked off all the merchandise. Also, only one checkout open plus several self checkout aisles. If I wanted to check myself out I would get a job there.

Had a shed built on site, 11/17 It was raining and blowing the other day and the bottom row of shingles was blowing up, So I ran to Lowes to get caulking tar. When I went up to caulk I seen there was no felt under the shingles, it was only plywood, I have no idea what the code is in Missouri, but I don’t like the way they did that, the store told me that’s how it’s done. Well not in my book. I’m not going to Lowes anymore for anything. I am done after spending lots and lots of money there, NO More Good Bye so Long Lowes, I hope you lose all your business

Lowes Republic is the best Lowes in the area. I absolutely hate when I have to use the northside Lowes or, God forbid, the Southside Lowes.

Paint dept really knows their stuff- friendly people in areas We visited, willing to aide as needed!

I always have issues with the republic store. Today there computer would not run my business card, when it worked fine earlier that day. Major inconvenience.

I ordered a custom door which took six weeks to arrive, not the 28 days I was originally told. The installer brought the door to the house and it was unusable - the glass wasn't at all what I ordered and the bore hole was 5" off what was in the build sheet. The installer called me a week later asking if I knew the order was canceled; I did not but my order was canceled regardless. I went in to the store to find out what was going on and Lynn was completely unsympathetic and rude.

Had to look everywhere for someone to help me waited in one line the only register open horrible customer service employees walked by me did not offer to help had to load toilet two glass shower doors and vanity by myself no one was available to help looks to me like management needs to tighten up

Always have what I need and staff extremely friendly. Check out was a breeze and Deanna was quick to see that I was a veteran and thanked me for my service.

Not the store it was when we started our business first two yrs in business we spent over 100k in there now we have taken our money to manards and Home Depot. Why we can't get customer service from Lowe's, can't get them to stand behind their products. It's just a Hassel to do business with them and they don't seem to want our business. Why manards and home Depot has stepped up their game and taught for our business Lowe's has set back and watched us walk away.

The Repubic Lowes is the best one out there. Clean, Staff are always ready to help and its always a pleasure to do business there.

They have almost everything you could need. Price are mostly correct except for nuts, bolts, and screws.

Love the place. But some of the staff members will watch a woman trying to lift heavy or sheets of plywood will not lift a finger to help. I said some the staff mostly the one on Primrose
