Lowe's Home Improvement reviews
29Lowes has pretty nice prices. They also have a pretty nice selection. I will say I have had some negative interactions staff there. I guess some people like their jobs better than others.
I purchased a item new in the box and it was missing a part. I took it to customer service and exchanged it for one with all the parts. Easy peasy.
I got plants for my garden
Very nice. Reasonable prices & the plants look healthy. Check back in a month or 2 for an exact review
Terrible. Bought a refrigerator, washer/dryer, carpet, and tile (all at once). I will never shop here again. Associates don't know what they're talking about, they are misleading, and it will end up costing you extra money. Then, when you track down the store manager Jami, she'll pretend she cares and won't return your calls. Honestly, I wish I had gone literally anywhere else - guarantee it would've gone better than this. Avoid this place at all costs. Bonus info: of you buy flooring here, they use a piece called "Marc's" - run away. Also awful.
Got a dishwasher with issues. Lowe’s asked for payment upfront for exchange. Lowe’s refuses to make refund. Lowe’s is not trustworthy!
Not bad. Could use a wider variety of items, not enough employees, and the ones that are there are clueless
Ask for help n told "thats not my area" well if you work here I believe the whole place is your area. I'll go to home depot from now on.
Needed a part for a toilet. Staff at Lowe's is always friendly and accommodating. They had several options for the part needed. Get it got it gone to fix the toilet! Thanks Lowe's!
Good luck getting through to anyone on the phone. Tried mill work for 55 minutes. Numerous phone disconnects and no one answering.
Good luck finding someone to help. Needing PVC pipe cut, asked 2 employees for help and still waiting for someone who has "authority" to actually help.
Edit: we found the guy who has "authority" to cut PVC pipes. He was hanging out in the corner of the store with his buddies all this time. His name is Peter. Been waiting for over an hour for your help, Peter.
Everyone there is real great! Granger, Pete, Tim, Gary, John Georgia, Nicci to name a few! Clean atmosphere. Wish they would schedule better though.
Slow customer service and inexperience too, no one wants to help and if you ask someone to help it looks like your bother them, Soo Saad
I have been going there about 2 times a month for the last year. Trying to remodel my house. They only have the self check out open. Event in the high volume hours of the store. It's not easy to check out with alot of big items and there is lack of help at check out. Veary disappointing.
I hate that there are not any registers open that have checkers working. Only one person was there to assist at the self checkout stations, and of course assistance was needed to check out.
Great until you get to the checkout area. They rarely have a cashier at a register and when they do, that cashier is assisting with the crappy self-checkout that errors on everything.
New store. New inventory. Failed to stock milorganite. All local hardware stores had plenty of the product in stock. The garden manager was rejected from Home Depo across the street.
We buy a lot for work at Lowe's my boss says the people are nice and helpful. They help us load! Thousands of pounds of materials. They are good.
I think Lowes is more consistent in the stock and maintenance of their stores than Home Depot and prices are pretty comparable. I'm looking forward to shopping the new Lowes on Metcalf.
The employees are friendly and helpful. The only reason I struggle to give 5 stars is it seems that they rely on the self checkout too heavily to get people out the door and it isn’t working properly most times or someone has to get ID’d for things (which I understand not their fault). Those in the garden section do a great job with helping customers and getting people checked out. Overall good Lowe’s location.
