15Store pickup is never on time (hrs behind). No help loading. Multiple employees standing around.
Waited forever on a Sunday.wanting to buy a washer and dryer. FINALLY got it. Then it was delivered next day. Good thing. Bought it with installation.but they didn't level the washer. Trying to get a hold of someone.
Asked for help in lawn and garden.waited for over 15 minutes noone showed up and I finally left
A short time ago I was ask which store is my go to from LOwes and Homedrpote and I was like man I don't know let me take a ganderl at both of them closely and then I will break it
Excellent, Gracie help me & went out of her way to help me. I had hurt my knee.and I told her & then she brought what I bought to my car.
Order a bed frame online and it was delivered broken and damaged and lowes said called the vendor and delivery service they were not responsible for the item even thou I purchased it online on their website very upset and dissatisfied didn't wont a refund I wanted the bed replaced and all I got is the run around for the last 3 days have pictures of damage product and receipts for purchase and I d leave no starts if it let me
After a stressful and frustrating day I went in to get new paint for my shed. When there Cody helped us in the paint department he was fast and able to help us match paint to an old paint gallon with no lid. After past not as good experiences coming in today and being helped by an experienced employee was refreshing. After returning home with the paint I realized my mistake of getting indoor paint instead of exterior and had to call and confirm I am able to return it and Cody was happy to help us sort out the problem in the fastest way possibly on our already long and exhausting day.
I use Lowe's for all my home improvement needs. Their in store pickup after ordering online leaves a lot to be desired. It's always a cluster.waiting for them to find your order and figuring out where to pick it up. 3 orders. 3 fiascos.
I order $6500 of products including a lawn mower. On the day of delivery they call me to tell me the lawn mower is not assembled and they insist on having someone sign for the order in the middle of the day on a Wednesday because they only deliver on Wednesdays (not when the customer chooses, when they decide they are ready to deliver). I don’t know how these delivery companies survive with such a bad attitude.

Can't ever get help they dont hire enough help I guess went in one day had no body there in the lumber section to order anything was asked to come back
Update 6.8.20 ordered on line of course order didn't come in on time still waiting no one knows wish I could take back the one star gave them
Not very helpful at all I waited an hour for someone's help then I had to go find the main guy for the department and still didn't get what I needed
It was ok. Found what I needed pretty quick. Assistance was semi available. Had to go to a desk to get general location of an item. Service was pretty quick. Lady at desk was busy but polite.
Horrible lazy associates. 3 lazy people standing there wouldn't open up a register. Hate those self checkout deals way to slow. I should get an employee discount or then get paid to check out my stuff. Keep it up and I will go across the street to Menards.
Forklift operator needs more experience when loading supplies on to people vehicles or trailers
The workers at Lowe's are very friendly that have a rather large selection. The biggest problem is that their products are marked extremely high.
