Patricia in lawn and garden went above and beyond to tell me how to care for my plant I bought. I would have been clueless. I appreciated the extra time she volunteered to share her knowledge! The little things matter. My last two visits to this Lowe's have been Excellent!

Bob is the goat. Dude is always down to help and has the max amount of knowledge about everything. Very intelligent human being. He deserves everything great towards his way. Great human. Great tips. Great worker. 4 customers waiting to ask a question and a coworker telling him they needed assistance up front on the walkie-talkie And still took his time to give us a very helpful answer. He needs to make well over 6 figures if he is not. He puts this Lowe’s on his back. Have plenty encounters with Bob and he’s great

They seem to be using a new centralized system for scheduling appliance installs and the employees don't know how to use it. After 2 months of running in circles maybe the right information has finally gotten to the plumbing company. I get hiccups happen, but I had to do all the legwork. Multiple visits to the store, calling Lowe's scheduling system 4 times, calling the plumbers. The whole time not a single follow up from anyone. 95% of the time I'm sure things go just fine, pray you are not in the 5% because there is 0 effort given to fixing things.

So I went to customer service to exchange some craftsman tools that were no longer working. And I can only assume the older lady in customer service is in charge and she was as rude as rude can be refused to return two of the craftsman ratchet with a lifetime warranty and tried to tell me she wouldn’t return the third one because I bought it as a kit, when I asked for a manager, everything changed, and they gave me one ratchet, but refused to return the other two
If you’re gonna be a craftsman dealer, you should honor their warranty

I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience was so unusual. By far the most help I’ve ever received at a home improvement store. My husband and I were greeted by several friendly employees, and at least five people offered to help us while we shopped.

BUYER BEWARE! Their landscap lighting shows a yellow tag with NEW LOW price $9.98 and in smaller print WAS $9.98. Even the more expensive lights are marked the same way. It looks like a third of the landscaping lighting with the yellow marked down priced the same as NEW LOW price. I can see a lot of people missing this since the small print can be hard to read.

We use Lowes for a lot of our materials. They come to our office 3 times a week with product. Steve Bingham and Marc Marcellan our amazing and go above and beyond for customer service!

There’s a sweet team member in the paint section named April. Hands down best customer service I’ve had at a Lowes. She was well educated, helpful, and so kind. Appreciated her help more than she knows (coming from a gal that doesn’t know anything about home improvement) Thanks April!

We lost power from a storm. The electric company said it maybe days before power would be restored. When I got online at 2: 30am to purchase the generator I thought the Chesterfield Lowe’s was opening at 7am. When I showed up an hour early the store manager said he would grab the generator for me instead of making me wait till they open. Even helped me load it up in my van. Thank you so very much for the great customer service! The employees name is Sam.

Went in to get 2 items, they were out of stock on 1 item, so I asked customer service to order it. They said they were unable. When I got home, I went online and ordered it. However, when ordering, the 5% discount wasn't applied, and I spent 35 min working to get my discount. The other item that Lowe's didn't carry in store but did online only (screen door roller replacements) was $19.47. I ordered the exact item on Amazon for $9.89 when I got home.

Although no one asked if I needed help. Workers in each department were around if I needed anything. That's rare to see when I'm in lowes.

I just spent an hour in this store trying to buy flooring. The help button didn't work. I went to customer service and someone said they would find someone. I never saw him again. Tried calling the store and asked for the manager after being told the manager was there. They never answered the phone. Hopefully I will have better luck at St. Charles store tomorrow. So disappointing.

Poor installers. Your better off to go to the vendor for purchasing and install. First was storm doors ordered in March 2023. I am still waiting on a scheduled install. Called weekly to follow up on status etc. Ill call you back, uh huh? Btw. This is the c 2nd chance I gave the door department. They did a side door on my garage. Ordered Sept got ot in December installed.
Second, I tried to locate a previous estimated who did great work and was transferred to another location Chesterfield. I left a message and was assurred he woukd be emailed and would get the message. 2 weeks later nothing. I had to turn to others for an emergency roof estimate. I got 3 roofers estimates and installed a roof in 6 days by construction company from the date of estimate. Very disappointing Lowes. This Lowes was my go to for home improvrment/ replacement. No longer.

The worst most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with in my life! I had to call 100 times no answer and the manager wasn’t very helpful nor the worker who acted as if she could not hear! I spend a lot of money with lowes next time I’ll go with their competitors!

Supposed to have a very expensive new dishwasher delivered today. Delivery window comes and goes with no showno call. Called them, after 45 minutes on hold and passed between "dispatch" and Lowes was told there was nothing they could do to get it to me today and they would "try" to get me a window tomorrow. These windows are apparently meaningless so why bother. Now I'm left with no dishwasher since my old one was torn out, no power to some stuff since I had to turn the breaker off, and no idea when I will get a new one. Which I will get from someone else as I certainly will not ever buy from Lowe's again.
