Have a lot of stuff for building something, home repair, commercial jobs. Competitive pricing with Home Depot, different stuff, some of the same stuff as well.

The manager asked guy to take care of me he didn't want to then wanted me to go home take parts off my car and bring them back when I just went out and look at them to tell hi. It was a single piston caliper I look my business elsewhere

Been in this store so many times I really don't have to ask for help finding things. But when I need something I can almost always find what I'm looking for. Pro parking under the canopy is nice as well!

1pm self check out only, long line. Had to wait to get wire, they now lock Romex wire up! Took forever for a couple things that should have been in & out! I didn't have my military id to scan, so no discount there, no employee discount for having to check myself out either! What a joke, AT NO TIME SHOULD THERE EVER BE SELF CHECK OUT ONLY!

HOME DEPOT WILL NOW RECEIVE ALL MY BUSINESS

Used to be you could go in there and find somebody you knew what the heck they were talking about. Those days are gone. And as for the cashiers everybody's going to this automated cashier, when they start paying me I'll start going to them. Don't like them!

Lived there 2 years and at first was good. However the rent increased times as well as the on site management. The newer manager unfortunately is not caring or friendly.
These qualities are imperative to make it worth living there.

Pretty pricey on stuff- not one bandana or handkerchief in the whole store not even a workman's 3-4 pack near the hats, gloves, mask, etc. Would be nice.

This store has the worst customer service. And the delivery service they use is even worse. I never got a call or my delivery. I will never spend a penny at Lowe’s. And I will go out of my way to tell everyone not to shop at Lowe’s. They don’t even deserve one star.

I will not do self checkout I will wait to be check out or I will leave the stuff in the cart and walk out and go to Menards where they will check me out I don't mind the drive and the lady Rita told me to go to this other machine I said no I'll wait so she can check me out cause she was checking out the guy in front me she said Jesus Christ and I said yes maybe he'll help you and she had trouble on a few things I had in the cart she got help went to check out another guy and other girls finish

Not that awful long ago this was the place to go for just about everything from home improvement to tools etc. Now customer service is virtually void, they've have almost no cashier's, and when you can find one, they've got attitude. I guess because of the current climate of so many people out of work and so hard to find people that are willing to work you got to just take what you get and it just really does never work out for anybody now does it. I give anything for the days before the big box stores took over. I give anything for the days before the big box stores took over.

They've always been great with us we just bought a octagon gazebo and it looks really good and I got a lot of plants last year most of them are doing good but I'm afraid a couple of me going to come back but I'm going to wait and see I hope they will thank you

The local store has a repeated and persistent pattern of poor communication involving deliveries and pickup for service. The scheduling of times is quarterbacked by a Lowe's employee in the local store location. In each instance, the expectation and time frame for the pickup/delivery that was provided to me by the local employee was never met and in fact was changed by the local employee. However, the most ridiculous part about the change was that that Shawna, who is reportedly the person who
made the change, did so with ZERO communication back to me! And, in each instance when I report that, " no one communicated that there was a time change OR asked me if I wanted a change" I am met with dishonest statements and attempts to blame me for their choice to make changes and NOT LET ME KNOW UNTIL I CALL TO ASK where the crew is.

In fact, at one point, an employee suggested that if I need to leave my home, to just leave my equipment outside with the key and then the crew would pick up the equipment later in the day. While I am not saying she did not mean well, but leaving an item outside unsecured for anyone to steal is not my practice.

I do not appreciate LOWE's lack of communication, poor customer service, and lack of respect towards me and the money I spend at LOWES. If the customer did not ask for a change or when the store needed to make a change why would a business be intentionally be unprofessional and disrespectful. I did not ask for schedule changes, but do expect prompt and timely communication. NO EXCUSE FOR SIMPLE CALLS REGARDING SERVICE!
