Nicest Lowe's my husband and I have seen in quite a while! Well organized, stocked, clean, and Helpful, Knowledgeable Employees! We just moved to Lebanon and we already Love this Lowe's! They should give other Lowe's clues on running a store (especially the one in Sedalia). Every time we go in, we Always find what we need and helpful employees! Nice, well stocked Lawn & Garden Area with lots of plants and trees, too. Definitely Recommend for Any home needs!

I'm not sure what had happened to Lebanon Lowe's. The past few weeks I have been at the store multiple times! My daughter bought a washer and dryer. The dryer was smashed when they opened the box. She took it back since there wasn't a manager she had to bring it back the following day. We tried to get help with unloading it, customer service called for help multiple times. We waited probably 45 minutes with multiple employees watching, we unloaded it ourselves. After we got it on the flat cart this ladies said if I had know I would have helped. My husband went in a couple of days later to get a saw to help with installing flooring. They had a clearance sticker on the display so we asked to purchase it. We were told that they don't sell displays and they would be getting in more saws in the am. I went back to get one, SURPRISE they didn't get any in and sold the display! Honestly I would rather drive to Mernards their employees don't mind helping with anything!

Lowe's is great. There's always plenty of employees to help you, if you need it. Their prices are reasonable, They have great sale items,

Plenty of products.
Clean location.
Sometimes you can find a staff member. And sometimes you don't have to self check.
But usually you find what your looking for and pay with a scanner.

Small town home improvement store. Considerably more expensive than other lowes, let alone your competitors.

I will go here if I need it. But I will go to Springfield or lake of Ozark to save 40% or more most of the time.

Friendly staff that was easy to communicate with, fast pace check out, and free wifi so I could confirm and double check the product I was looking to buy. Very convenient. Very impressed.

Very pissed. Went there and had to make a large purchase 2 weeks ago and I decided to open a credit card account. I received my card and they didn't even put my name into the system right. Now I have an account that's not even my name. Called customer service where the lady was completely rude and refused to correct my name. I will be paying this account off tomorrow and closing my accounts. Can't believe this complete nonsense. So angry! Never again lowes. Will be taking my business elsewhere!

This Lowe's has the world's worst customer service. And what makes it even more frustrating is that they know it and don't give a rip. We have finally given up with them and will take the extra time from now on drive to Springfield instead. It's a tad further but we waste a lot less time.

I stood in tool world for 45 min waiting for someone to show up. Asked multiple people for help and everyone said they would find someone but still no one came. This place has turned into a joke

Employees are usually nice. It tends to be a hit or miss on needed items. My main issue is how difficult it is to get help.

Do not buy any media products I bought a dishwasher from Lowes and has leaked and cause major water damage and I have been fighting with midea to get it taken care and Lowes won't do anything to help either they say it's out of their hands

Called ahead looking for jomax house cleaner, drove 50 miles one way only to get there and they didn't have it. Computer said they had it so the person was to lazy to go check the shelf and the person that was working the area barely was any help, wouldn't even check computer, it wasn't where she thought it was so stopped looking. Wasted part of my day and gas dealing with lazy people, won't be back, st roberts is way better!

Love shopping at Lowes we can find everything we need and we are thankful how they appreciate veterans.

Typical Lowe's, hard to find assistance, they look at you and breeze on by. After a long search I found what I needed on my own!

Wish they would put up a sign that says no parking in the loading area until items purchased!
