Lowe's Home Improvement reviews
28Did not have any reperators for painting or sanding. Don't understand how they don't given that it is an osha requirement to wear.
Grant provided excellent customer service and righted a wrong made by the sales person in appliances, Grant went above and beyond, he definitely showed stewardship and is the perfect example of excellent customer service, so thank you Grant! Gary however was the rudest and most aggressive customer service person I've dealt with, had I had to deal with him in the beginning I would have never made the $1300.00 purchase yesterday, I would have went elsewhere. I was at the point of returning the item so I didn't have to deal with Gary anymore when Grant came along and saved the cold day! Grant thank you again and Lowe's you need to provide Gary with customer service classes and hold him accountable for how he treats people.
You need it, they have it. And they're in the process of a major update which should facilitate your shopping experience!
This stores leaves a lot to be desired at the customer service desk. If you need REAL assistance please go to the Ozark store. You'll be glad you did. I've been here several times with product issues (because I live nearby) only to be met with mind boggling frustration. Save yourself the trouble and go to ANY other Lowes. The Ozark store is amazing.
Why sell a lifetime water hose if you won't honest the warrenty? Worst customer service of any location. It's totally worth the drive to Republic.
A great place to do your home improvement shoppingif you have a question they will go out of their way to answer it for you
This is my go to Lowe's they are polite and if they don't have an answer they will find you one.
Lowe's is by far the best big box home improvement store. Always great customer service and selection. The big orange has a great selection also, but they have inferior customer service.
Well it's a Lowe's. I will say this time an employee asked me how I was doing and if be could help me find anything instead of me chasing one down! Prices seem to be getting higher but what you going to do.
I was shopping for a ventless gas fireplace. Went to several different stores in town to compare products and prices.
Kevin went way above all my expectations. He helped me find what I was looking for, helped by explaining the different products to me, didn't leave me or become distracted even though I asked him a hundred questions and others tried to steal him away.
I will be buying my ventless gas heater from Lowes. Thank you Kevin
Went in two by a simple dryer plug and some overpriced wire the dryer plug was not on the Shelf so the clerk there to County's phone Houston some numbers for about 5 minutes looked up above shelves for about 5 minutes and then told me they just don't have it a simple dryer plug
Lots 0f choices for projects, construction, home needs and remolding with a pretty helpfull staff.if you can locate them. It may be can of hard to find some heads of department if you have questiond about certain products
Great selection and good prices. Also the guy that cut my blinds was friendly and professional.
Floor personnel acknowledged me several times offering assistance. When I DID say yes, the associate not only escorted me to the item I was looking for, but helped me understand the differences in several similar items. This made me happy about my choice.
Who wouldn't love Lowes? I'll never step foot in a Home Depot again. Lowes is the best with knowledge and experience, customer service is incredible
Great selection, prices are a bit higher, but the biggest problem I had was in the tile section. The guys there seem bothered if you ask them to do anything close to their job. One guy that I've seen more than once pawned me off on to someone else, the next time, he seemed very upset that I asked him to cut my tile. It was a very horrible experience. I buy tile on a pretty consistent basis, so I'm trying to find a place that seems to want my business.
Lady in appliances was rude and disrespectful. On duty manager took care of the problem and great care of us as customers. We left happy.
Lack of service is quite disturbing. Looking for a new mailbox. The one I wanted was not within reach unless I climbed the steel shelving to the top where there were some available. It is a rarity if an employee offered to provide assistance when I know I have a lost look on my face.
I found the box I wanted at Home Depot.
Typical for a large home improvement store, they have lots of stuff, the only problem is you'll never find most things you need without spending a lot of time walking the isles, and there are too few employees that are available to help.
Great service. Sara in the paint department was a tremendous help choosing the right products & colors.
