Lowe's Home Improvement, Carthage MO

Looking for chain link fencing supplies. The display and how to in this area could use some improvement. Not all parts were marked well with a price, and some items were mixed in the bins.

Bought a mini fridge and less than 5 months later it quits working. I call up Lowe’s where I purchased it in Carthage mo and tell them and was told I would have to get ahold of manufacturer. I asked to speak with a manager he told me same thing. All I wanted was to exchange. I don’t have time to deal with manufacturers and their timelines. So I went to Home Depot told them what happened. Needless to say I purchased a new one with a no questions asked warranty.bring it back for money or exchange in the event it quits working as long as I it’s not been abused. And all for cheaper price. They didn’t act like I was just another patsy customer that they would just take my money and the quality of service ends right there. See ya Lowe’s. You got the last dime you’ll ever get out of me

Six people standing around. Couldn't get anyone to mix my paint. Finally did and he decided to chat with some girl instead of giving me my paint. One of the 6 standing around finally came over and had him finish my paint order. Long wait. Bad service

We go to the one over in Carthage now (Missouri) and everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable, even the new guy who said he was new and wasn't sure where something was-whipped his hand held products finder out and gave us the right answer and pointed us in the correct direction!

We didn't have to go looking for help, they was rt there asking us if we needed anything! Very nice!

Employee had no idea how to help. Just said it should be over there Walked out without getting what we needed

The staff at Carthage Lowe's has been FABULOUS to work with in purchasing a suite of kitchen appliances! We areoving from TX- original date of delivery was February. I was in a serious car accident, they worked with me to hold the appliances until just a week ago. I could not be more appreciative! They definitely went "above and beyond". Because of the
exceptional customer service I received, Carthage Lowe's will be the first place I go to shop in the future!

This is my go to place for everything home improvement. I'm a big DIY'r. As a Marine I enjoy the parking spaces reserved for Veterans. They also give Veterans 10% off of all purchases. Stop by the front desk and get yourself enrolled and save money on your next project.

Very aggravating. I have drove to 3 different lowes collecting boxes of flooring of the 3 2 of them had it and sold it at the SAME PRICE Carthage is the only store that has it in stock so I called them to verify they had it. Person told me they had 21 boxes of it I told him that I found it at 2 other lowes at the same price and asked if they would match. Was told because it's a different market they couldn't. Now if I was returning a product they would be able to take it back.

My daughter-in-law & I took the kids to a Mudstock event being held behind the store in Carthage. Not only were they great with people using their parking lot, Carl - the store manager - told my son, (a truck driver that was going to be going through Carthage during this event), when he called to ask, that he could park his rig there, so that he could stop & watch his kids for his break. He only asked that he not block any of the roads. So - thank you, Carl! And love this Lowe's store.

Bought an all glass security door that was supposed to be 'break resistance. ' A little over a month ago arrived home just to find the glass still installed but shattered. Went into store and visited with Department Manager and told him my problem with the glass while showing him receipt and asking how is warranty honored. After a bit of discussion I was told it would take two weeks to come in. Four weeks later and still no replacement or a call providing reason why.

Finding help on the floor was amazingly easy. But when I got to the checkouts only two were open and both were stalled with pricing issues. I was just walking away when I noticed the first line I was in started moving again, so I was able to make my purchase. Seemed like a lot of people around with no direction/leadership to keep the front of the store moving.

As usual. Said they had the product but didn't. Lucky gas stations give away gas so we can drive there for free

I drove into the parking lot last night seeking refuge from the storm. An employee met me ushering me inside. Took me to their breakroom and gave everyone drinks and snacks. Let me use their charger. Employees keep checking on us. They acted genuinely concerned about everyone. Little did I know the tornado hit my house in Carl. What a wonderful crew Lowe's in Carthage has. A BIG shoutout to Lowe's.

I purchased things here and used them for what they were intended to be used for and it was great

Best place for all of your building needs. Great customer service. I have and will shop there first.

Great customer service that will take the time to look stuff up and whatever they can do to assist.

Bottom line for Lowe's: Cheaply made materials, cheaply made tools.

They used to sell a better grade of tools, but now you get Walmart quality tools for more expensive prices than Walmart or Home Depot. They don't carry professional grade carpentry tools other than Dewalt.

Good tools can still be found at Home Depot.
