When Dan came out and gave us a bid—we were sold on his company. Lots of great reviews. So no worries, right? Wrong.

Over the past several weeks as I was spring cleaning I noticed several things—paint on my ceiling, paint on my window sills, paint peeling off my cabinets, paint on my wood floors, pockets of white marks where the roller failed to cover. There were also several areas where they didn’t even touch up.

They fixed nail pops that have now resurfaced. What is truly disappointing is the process they promised on the cabinets and I don’t feel they did what was said. Truly disappointed.

The sloppy job of not cutting in, the paint in places it shouldn’t be.after 1000s of dollars I feel I got a sub par job. The last thing I felt was they started slow and very attentive to detail and then started to get sloppy.

Sadly, very disappointed!

We worked with LSL Finishes on two projects for our home - we replaced our carpet with laminate wood planks in a bedroom, and had them create a ledge stone fireplace surround with hearth in our living room. Both projects turned out perfectly!
