My oil change at Lube Cube was quick, reasonably priced, and had wonderful customer service. I'll definitely be back.

I booked a diagnostic appointment two weeks prior to my appointment date. Told them what I needed. I needed a break problem diagnosed on a Nissan Juke. Talked with someone got the price quote and appointment booked. I took it in today for a ONE HOUR diagnosis @ 8 am. Went back today at 450 and they had not diagnosed my car. Told me they would call me. Never did then the worker blamed it on bad communication. When we showed up to pickup the car. Said it wasn’t ready and they don’t know what’s wrong with it. They told me I can bring it in tomorrow. Miss another work day or bring it back in 2-3 weeks for their next appointment.

I’m super disappointed in lube cube they talked so highly about being the cheapest and being able yo get it diagnosed and even fixed if we wanted but couldn’t even hold the promise of diagnosing it in the almost 9 hours they had it. I went all day without a car, an update and left without it even getting diagnosed.disappointed is an understatement.

Moved back to Kansas City from Florida in 2019 and was looking for a place to get an oil change. My sister, and several other people, referred me to Lube Cube and I immediately understood why. After years of bad or lackluster experiences with dealerships and franchise shops I have had nothing but good experiences at Lube Cube. These guys are honest and do quality work, a combination that I was starting to think no longer existed. There is no pressure to sell unneeded parts or services and they stand behind everything they do. They also do more than oil changes and their prices and turnaround times are reasonable. Until I have a problem they can't solve I won't take my car anywhere else.

This place is the most friendly and straightforward mechanic shop I've ever dealt with. They don't charge an arm or a leg to run diagnostics, I had them test my suspension as well as my brakes at no cost, which was REALLY nice. Most places charge a ridiculous amount to run any sort of diagnostic testing. They offer their opinion but dont push additional parts unless safety is in question. Very happy with how quickly Josh was able to diagnose and replace my brakes as well as a fresh oil change. Lube Cube was fast, friendly and efficient. This shop clearly values quality over quantity and gives that "family mechanic" feel.

I called Tuesday morning about brakes. They got me in and out before the estimated time. Thanks again lube cube.

They did an oil change for me, and they were done so fast I think I was only there for half an hour at the most! They have been in business for awhile now, and I know I can trust their advice on what's best for my car

Have used them for years for oil changes without a problem. Had a rattle at the front that they looked at, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. The amount to fix it was incredibly reasonable. Very easy to work with.
