This apartment is ridiculous how come when I pay for my heat to be on it has been a month and a half and it is freezing in my apartment and y'all do called fixing on it doesn't make no type of sense now if I get sick I am calling the hub and suing

DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY DONT PAY THEIR CONTRACTORS SO NOTHING IN YOUR PLACE WILL GET FIXED. THEY NEED TO CONDEEM THESE

I BROKE MY LEASE AT 7 months, I was 7 months pregnant, I’ve dealt with roaches, plumbing issues in bathroom, mold in the bathroom, and most of all infestation of rats! I was miserable living here. I’ve tried moving myself to new units they wouldn’t let me, but when I say Mrs Starks tried to make my living conditions severe, I went as far as to get health department involved

I've been living here at Lucas Hunt Village Apartments since January 2022. It is now July 2023. But I'll be moving out before my lease is up in January 2024. Since being here I've had a lot of complaints about how they do things. A lot of complaints. From the overflowing dumpsters to the grimy hallways; from the leasing office that can't answer the phone to the inadequate maintenance team. But what's finally making me leave a review is my recent experience. So I come back home from walking my dog at about 9: 30 am. When I get to my door I notice that it's open. Then I hear noise. When I step in it's a maintenance member taking down my entire sink and oven area and putting a huge hole in the wall so that they can fix some leaky pipes that they should've fixed months ago when my downstairs neighbor told them her ceiling was leaking. When I went down to the office (they wouldn't answer the phone) they said they didn't inform me because it was urgent. Yet my neighbor told them over and over month after month. To make matters worst maintenance broke a pipe in my kitchen. The kitchen started flooding. Dirt, dust and mud was all over my kitchen and then they left without cleaning up a thing. My downstairs neighbor had to vacate her apartment because the flooding damaged too much of her stuff. They still haven't compensated her at all. I'm not saying this place is all bad, but it's not peaches and cream either. And btw, I hate how they control the heat during winter. They turn it on when at the oddest hours but when you home and the sun goes down, it's not on?

Justin Dunlap, property manager, has not and will not correct horrific structural issues at several residents in this community. He has had the phone number changed because he does not want the community to hold him accountable. Please fix the issues with your tenants immediately! All people deserve to have a safe and structurally sound dwelling when they are paying rent! CORRECT THE ISSUES NOW! The community is not going away.

Worst apartments in history. My bathroom sink has been stopped up for over 3 weeks now. They won’t come out and fix it. Claiming I have to put a work order in when I have done this a couple times. When I complain to them and told them I would Call Elliot Davis on them they had the nerve to tell they would love to met him. I pay my rent on time and you can’t get them to come over and do anything. Only thing they good at is keeping the front area clean. Other than that this place it a dump. Smells the crime is bad. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to live here. Once my lease is up I’m out of here. I bet they won’t live here.

Most of the buildings are infested with roaches from the top to bottom. They're supposed come and spray but hardly ever do. And when they did it didnt work, the guy came and sprayed in one corner in our kitchen and immediately left saying he had other units to do and that, that was enough. The AC doesn't work in our unit and they still haven't come to fix it even though the summer is basically here. Horrible environment to be, Should have listened to the reviews.

I hate to give this place a star it deserves to be knocked down and start over. This place I never seen so many lazy people in my life trash in hallways, they hanging clothes in hallway banister and pipes are horrible and now I see mice and had the nerve to say come and get the traps and when they caught we pick them up. How nasty and disgusting is this for kids and elderly we told if u have to use restroom come to office we can’t get no one to come out yet. I live here 2 months and that was 2 months to long. No communication to maintenance people and office staff not paying no attention just collecting no thank you I advise no one to move here. If u pay this u pay it somewhere else RUN

A family member of mine applied here and when she got the keys to the place found out they put her in a different home than what she was showed. It has soo much for them to fix before she move in (they claim to have it done in a week and that she could still move in) Told them no about moving in until they fix everything first cause she has 2 kids living with her as well. Been almost 3 weeks and still NOTHING got fixed yet. She been asking to get out of her lease. They keep making excuses to get her to not do that. She got fed up with it because nothing still wasn't done and she have to find somewhere to live soon. She went up there to let them know she don't want to hear anymore excuses just would like her money back. They told her even thou nothing is fixed it's still a livable place. If, she still wants to terminate her lease she would need 60day notice and buyout (pay this month rent and the next) even thou she never moved in yet cause they never came in to fix ANYTHING. (Only 2 doors close, cabinets and drawers need fixing, 3 screens missing, etc)

ROACH GALORE! ROACHES ARE RUNNING RAMPANT IN EVERY BUILDING OVER HERE! DON'T LIVE ON BURRWOOD EVEN THO ALL THE BUILDINGS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES ITS NON STOP POLICE AND PARAMEDICS HERE BECAUSE SOMEONE IS ALWAYS SHOOTING OR ALWAYS BEING KILLED. UNLESS you're about that life or willing to deal with low rent swaunder then this is not the home for you it's ridiculous and out of hand over here. A 2 bedroom was being occupied by a 9 family how sway the noise and marching band I heard over my head was ridiculous

Worst & one of the most dangerous places to live. Years ago, it was a nice place to live.not anymore. Please stay away. Living conditions are terrible & old. Tons of bugs. Gun shots at night. Just stay away please, especially for your safety.
