My issue was diagnosed quickly, but unfortunately the needed part had to be ordered. I was disappointed that I had to wait an additional 2 weeks to get an appointment. I was hoping that a slot would have been held for me when the part arrived. However, the repair was completed as soon as it was promised.

Great prices, outstanding service, professional staff, and responsive. I took my Wrangler in for some work, Dan and his team exceeded my expectations. My only regret is not going to Lucas-Smith sooner.

After trying to build my own Dodge Ram & Looking at different car lots in person & online I found my Black Beauty at Lucus Smith Dodge in Festus, Mo. My salesman was Doug who was very helpful & full of info on the truck & getting stuff prepared for the Financial Aspect. Within a few days I had my truck. Jackie the Fianance Manager had ALL my paperwork done before I arrived up there & all I had to do was sign, she went over everything I needed to know as well, I signed my paperwork & was ready to leave within 15 minutes. Doug, Jackie, & Pete were very helpful & very Professional! I LOVE My Truck! Thank You Lucus Smith

Customer service is always too notch at this location. I used the service department for an overpriced OEM gas cap. Not the employees fault just a greedy industry taking advantage of the general public.

Best parts desk I’ve ever been to. Guy running it (I forget his name but he had a cane) was very helpful and even offered to grab a service tech to help me figure out how to get a bolt out of my valve cover that I got a bit too aggressive with and had snapped in half. Got me the replacement bolt I needed and didn’t try upselling me to a whole new cover like a lot of places would have. Will be checking their sales dept out next time I need to buy a vehicle.

I have ben going to this dealership for many years. Recently I had some none warranty work done at plaza tire. They found some issue with my rear control arms. Lucas smith said I was bad mouthing their technicians. I simply questioned why this was not found even after a written letter from Plaza tire. I believe people make mistakes. I was also chastised for taking the car for some non warranty work to a different shop. I think that this was inappropriate as a second opinion is not a bad idea. They have completed some warranty work for me in the past. Being made to feel I am wrong for questioning why a repair was not done is unacceptable to me. I have made an appointment to have this part repaired. Why should a person that has been a repeat customer be made to feel bad for just telling the service manager Rick that I think the technician made a mistake. I will update this comment after I see if this dealership is interested in helping a long time customer or they wish me to go elsewhere.

I will recommend to anyone! Chris Engelage was hands down, absolutely fantastic! He was so patient and knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted and the price range I was stating within and he worked on finding me what I wanted. I can not say enough about Chris! A huge shout out to him and also Jackie in finance department, made purchasing a vehicle actually fast, easy and fun.

Was traveling and my Jeep broke down. Luckily I was close to them and able to get my Jeep to the service department. They immediately took care of me, got me a rental since it was late on a Friday and they couldn’t diagnose what was wrong yet. They were so nice and called me Monday letting me know what was wrong and it was all fixed. Top notch customer service.

Doug, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable through the sales process. On top of that Lucas Smith worked with me through an insurance nightmare, from a prior vehicle, to make sure I was able to secure the vehicle I wanted. Very customer oriented establishment and didn't feel like I was being "sold" or pressured through the entire process!

No BS dealer
Doug in sales was solid. Was in an out on the day of purchase in 1hr. Finance lady was easy to deal with as well. Will do business with them in the future for sure

If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle this is a great place to go. I had a remote start installed on my Dodge Ram. Friendly employees, knowledgeable kept me up to date on where they were. One of the best Service Departments I've ever used. If I were giving a letter Grade it would be A +.

This review is for the service center. The process couldn’t have been more smooth if they tried. Dan really is the man! I called multiple dealers to check something on my car, all booked up. Dan heard me out and said no problem just come in don’t need an appointment to check. They fixed my problem perfectly, worked with me on the drop off/pick up, and on Chryslers dime! Absolutely incredible service. Just another reason why I keep buying Chrysler and a new reason why I recommend this dealerships service center. Great job Dan and team!

I took my new Wrangler I bought at Lucas Smith in for its first $5,000 mi maintenance the customer service was excellent the vehicle was finished the exact time they said it would and I would recommend anybody to use them

I drive right at an hour from the Illinois side cause these guys have taken care of me for the last few years. Rick and Dan are the two greatest guys you will meet in service. I will continue to take my vehicles to them.
