11Ordered dins for the family after New Year's. Came out with a horde of fortune cookies. The staff was amazing, 2 people from what I could see. At the register our waitress was attentive and fun to talk to and the chef was beastin through our 8 orders
We just bought 2 small orders of Pork Fried Rice for me and my wife, we couldn't believe how big they were.we both couldn't finish them they were so big.and taste wise they are worth going back for another for.
Carryout. They use leakproof containers. Unlike their competitors whose containers leak all over everything.
The kid at the window did not give me the order I requested. When I got home and realized it I called back and he started to argue with me over the phone. Very poor service. Will not order there again.
I don't want to even say this word but the food is disgusting. Dry chicken and shrimp that tastes days old. Rice isn't cooked all the way. Wontons were dry, crunchier than chips. Nothing in them at all.
The staff members I dealt with were very nice and courteous but I won't be returning.
Sky dragon was closed today so I caved and went to Lucy's.
I was not happy at all.
I want to make it clear that I don't blame the guys who took our order they were wonderful and repeated back exactly what we ordered
I looked in the bag and noticed an order of wontons. I had ordered wonton soup. No problem it's an easy mistake.
I parked and ran in telling them about the mix up and gave them the wonton's
The guy cooking was not happy about it, and the kids that took my order had to assure him more then once that I absolutely did say soup. The cook kept scowling at me while cooking.
It took quite a while to get my soup but that's fine id prefer it take a moment and be fresh. I thanked the kids at the counter and drove home.
I knew I should have checked my order before leaving but I was starving tired and what are the chances that they got the rest wrong.
My broccoli beef was chicken, my all white meat cashew had dark mixed in (super wierd because they have a sign that says all white meat so maybe a mix up with the company they get chicken from) my daughter swore her general chicken was sweet n sour.
We were the only people in the drive thru so I know we didn't just grab the wrong order.
I was too tired to go back in and try to explain everything expecally when he had an issue with the soup. So we just sucked it up and ate dinner.
Everything was super fresh so that was nice but it was wrong and didn't have much flavor.
All in all it was super disappointing and we won't be going back
Make sure you ask for fresh food, got an order of Rangoon, and it was horrible. They were dry, and the filling was solid.l will not be going back here.
Literally got 4 pieces of chicken and just a little rice, they put it in the smallest bowl they could find and gave it to me in a big bag.
Service was great. Friendly people. Food salty, not sure what flavors were in the food. Adequate portions. Won't be back.
Came in at closing the open sign was on and door was unlocked. Turned us away because they were closed. Not cool lock your door. I have never been turned away at closing by any restaurant. 8: 59 or 9: 00 I have never been refused service if your inside at closing.: (
Trash Food. Trash Service. You’ll pay for the smallest portions ever. The rice is god awful. Lucy’s doesn’t even come close to the other competitors in town. Waste of money stay away.
