True quality products and service. I'm still using a 15+ year-old Stealth, and it was missing a minor part that is inconsequential to the functioning of the bag and too small to economically sell. All it took was a call to LW and they sent the part so my bag can be perfect again. Thank you!

Sent my bag for repair through Crew Outfitters, Miami.
Today I received my repaired bag and was absolutely amazed by the craftsmanship performed by the luggage works. It seemed like a new bag and they even fixed the small little things which were not even requested. Great work. Keep it up.

My bags been abused over 7 years and the most I've had to do was remove and WD40 the bearings.

These bags last longer than anything else on the market for crew. I think there's some failures others have had but I've personally not experienced any.

They could make them stronger by adding an additional cross bar length-wise down the sides but that's about it.

The DFW store is great and I've had great support when something breaks.

I had my bag sent back after a refurbishment due to the handle not staying up. The staff was extremely courteous and sent a loaner and took care of the shipping and the l issue in record time! I know they are extremely busy but they sure know how to handle customer service and exceed customer expectations!

The bag is now over 15 years old and hoping for another 15!

Thanks to the team at Luggage works!

These used to be quality bags. I used one for 12 years and with 10 years left in my career I purchased what I thought would be my last bag. The quality is not what it used to be. Within three years all the screws had backed out repeatedly, zippers are broken and the handle will not stay up. Beyond frustrating as it's the ugliest bag on the planet but you pay for it to just work. When it doesn't work, there is no reason to waste your money on these bags anymore.

I'm a Airline pilot since 10 years, and never had such a bad experience with a luggage like the LUGGAGE WORKS Aurora New Generation - 22' Expandable Suiter Rollin, the worst waste of $ in my career as a pilot, 240$ to the trash, definitely won't recommend this luggage nobody, believe me, it is better if you buy travel pro, American tourister, any other brand, it's cheaper and high quality, I've bought this luggage 2020, only used like 3 months flying in the airline normal use, then the pandemic came, used the luggage one more time, no problem, I haven't used the luggage like 2 years because I wasn't flying, now that I got a job traveled used the luggage 2 times more, the luggage is broken, and the warranty expired 1 month ago in March, anyway I ve sent the luggage from the store that I bought the luggage (crew outfitters miami) in order to repair, and surprise, few days later they call me to let me know that the luggage don't have repair and that it, that's how you throw 240$ to the trash using a bad quality product that they sell and don't have repair, with only approximately NO MORE than 4 months of use, so I highly recommend don't buy this trash, at least you want waste 240$

I’ve used their bags for over 25 years. The first one was a worthy performer for many years and was successfully sent back for repair once. However, due to how old it was, further repairs were not available due to a change in the design. I purchased a brand new one two years ago and it was fine until the airline damaged it badly. I’ve called twice with a question on the repairs. Both times there was no answer and I left a voicemail. Neither call has been returned by their service center. They have a printable service request form to include with bag when you send it back for repairs. However, I’m hesitant just to blindly mail it when I don’t even know if anyone is there to receive and repair it. Disappointing! The bag isn’t cheap, nor are the repairs.
I’m editing my first review with an update.
After sending my bag in through one of their vendors. It was repaired and sent back to me fully repaired! All at no charge to me. Other than not being able to contact them, the service was outstanding!

Stealth 22. Sent once under warranty and came back completely refurbished. Sent it in for some minor repairs and they went above and beyond what I needed with no charge. Had a screw come out called and immediately sent me a handful of screws. Nothing but great customer service that I have experienced.
