We’ve had Lyon process our pigs for years now and they are the best! Great flavor with our bacon and hams. Gus and his staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Just picked up some some of the venison I had processed and the aged sausage is a massive hit. My dog will not leave me alone at any hour of the day. I can’t stop eating it. Amazing sausage. 9/10
