Chad and Mike went out of their way to make everything perfect it was not an insurance claim it was stuff I needed done pricing is very very fair work was top quality they did a very clean and professional paint job with no overspray left around the vehicle looks like original paint can't even tell they did anything except the damage and rust is gone I recommend them highly and I've already told many friends about him wish I would have known they were there earlier as we had an insurance claim done at a another shop that wasn't half as good. Can't say enough good things about them

I had an accident and couldn't afford a new car, they fixed my wheel well and didn't even charge me. Great service and great people!

Had to have them paint my vehicle twice as the first painting was unacceptable. The paint chips where not fixed just pained over. When replacing the wheels they installed a damaged rim as if I would accept it instead of ordering another new one and then installing the good one. Replaced a mirror and never checked to see if it retracted like it is suppose to. Replaced bumper and never checked to see if the fog lights worked. Didn’t put door panel back on correctly and tried to put a broken piece of trim on hoping it would not be noticed. I was called three times that vehicle was ready and had to leave it there to fix items that should have been fix and checked prior to saying it was ready. Interior was clean when turned in and when picked up it was nasty with dust. I would have thought the interior would have least been wiped down if not detailed before being returned. I was disappointed with my experience.

Chad and Samantha were great to work with and took our project in with immediate interest and enthusiasm. They have a great team of skilled professionals who clearly know what they’re doing! I was a little skeptical at first to take this big of a project to a franchise shop like Macco, but I quickly learned that all Macco locations are not created equal. We’re so happy with the results Chad’s team provide and the ease of communication we encountered. We’ll be back for any future projects, collision work, etc.in the future. Highly recommend!

Love this place and their staff! Samantha the manager is awesome and goes above and beyond to take care of you! They are straight forward and honest and I highly recommend this Macco on Bryant street in Springfield. I felt the cost was very reasonable! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I could not be happier with the service we received from Maaco. I hit a deer and my car was messed up. From the time I contacted them for service until I got my car back they did a great job. Samantha tracked our car throughout the process and kept us informed as to what was going on with our vehicle and what to expect next which reduced the level of stress my wife and I had to deal with. They got it done quickly, and when I picked up our car you couldn't tell it had ever been damaged. What more could you possibly want from an auto body shop? If I ever need auto body work done again, I will be going back here. Highly recommend!

Chad is always awesome to talk to and always gets to the point and helps you understand what your car needs and to fit your budget too! The painters helped me personally pick out the best color for my mustang and I am so happy with the results!

Very disappointed. These guys every time lied to me. Staff and Mr Chad deceitfully Grab a lot money but not fix my car Toyota corolla 2016 properly. More than 3 months calling them but chad (mechanic and staff lying to me. Not responding calls and not fixing my car. My car not drivable in snow and rain because of traction fault. Zero rating
