Had my water heater pilot not working properly and they helped me get it cleaned up, very nice people!

This guys are my go to company for all my heating and cooling needs easy to get ahold of and never have to wait long for service they replaced my heat pump was happy with the job they did have always felt they have been fair with the cost of work they have done happy repeat customer

I have had Larry and his Co work for me several times for several years. He has always given me prompt, professional, knowledgeable service.

Two men showed up without materials necessary to do the job despite having been assessed. I was charged for them driving back and forth and 30 min install. (2 men 30 min=1 hr.but charged for 6 man hours). When I called to complain that they came without necessary parts despite someone having already assessed the job and charged for drive time, I was told that they don’t have time to do little $200 jobs.so.they just charge $620 (parts $73 and labor $540) ? ! Perhaps they would have more time for small jobs if they showed up with necessary materials.

I had a issue they figured out the computer system had failed and were able to get another one and fixed it was very impressed how soon they were able to get it fixed.

We have an old AC unit And thought we would have to spend the money to have it replaced. The technician came out, Looked at it And offered to make a few minor repairs and charge it So that we would not have to Spend the money on a new unit for another couple of years. We really appreciated that and when we do replace it we will be using Maciejewski.

Always fast, professional, knowledgeable employees. Also honest as the day is long. Been using for 40+ years!

I called, set up service, they are a no show. My system has a 10 year warentee been 2 years and now they dont show up.

I've always had good service with Maciejewski but my issue is with Rheem. I had this heat pump system installed 8.5 years ago in our weekend house. Four years later we moved in permanently so during that four years the system wasn't getting regular use at it's full potential. Within a year of the install the condenser fan motor went out. The motor was quickly replaced under warranty. After 6.5 years there was a leak in the evaporation coil, a costly repair for me. Now, two years later there is a leak in the condensing coil. Rather than replacing the coil Maciejewski's said it would be cheaper to replace the whole outside unit. This was the Prestige model. The only thing prestigious about this system is the nameplate. This system should have lasted twice as long as what it did. Needless to say I won't ever waste my money on another Rheem product again.

Incredible service. I had a heating issue caused by my own SECONDARY equipment. And my new furnace was out of warranty. They made two trips to diagnose the problem, discovered it was my own equipment, and sent me a bill for $0. Beyond impressed with these folks.

I had 2 coworkers who had good experiences with this place. I decided to give them a try after hearing their reviews. I made an appointment and I was told that I would be contacted when they would come out and service my ac unit. I was getting ready to leave the house when they showed up without notifying me. The Service Tech was at my house less than a 1/2 hour. When I received my bill it was significantly higher than I expected so when I inquired why, the secretary said for the drive time it took the Service Tech to arrive at my house. This wasn’t mentioned when I originally made the appointment.

I want to thank everyone for the awesome AC that you replaced! And a special thanks to Chris for all your hard work! If you need a AC call this company you will be happy you did!

Maciejewski's, is always quick to come to our rescue at New Friendship Baptist Church. Whether for our A/C or have a heating problem. They are always polite and fix our problems at a fair and reasonable rate. Thank you Maciejewski

Amazingly responsive! My sump pump quit working and I didn't notice until about 10 O'clock at night. Their on call technician came right out, found a spare pump at his warehouse and fixed it!
I know they can't be this quick with everyone but the tim4es I have called I have had great service, knowledgeable technicians and reasonable cost.
Call them for your HVAC and plumbing problems.

Maciejewski seems unable to find a reliable solution. My heat pump has had several issues in the past two years (I only had it installed two years ago by these people) and it has resulted in five service calls from this company. Their technicians are either lazy and enjoy the job security from their faulty fixes or lack sufficient knowledge to properly service a heat pump. A credit to them is that they are usually fairly prompt, arriving within a day or two of my call; although this last technician showed up without a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way, which resulted in quite an inconvenience for me. In the end, I feel that I'll have to call a more reliable and knowledgeable company and quit throwing money at Maciejewski, who just can't solve a problem.

Me and my family just moved to Sullivan and our AC went out on us. It was Saturday morning so I had to call the after hour technician. He was at our home and went to work immediately with in a hour! They are very professional and kind. They are not the cheapest around but they are fair priced for the great work they do. A big plus is they do not make you pay anything upfront even for the emergency after hours calls, they keep it simple and easy by sending you a bill in the mail!

I am more than a little biased here cause this is my place of work. But I love the office staff and Larry will do what he can to help just about anyone. If you left here mad. That's your fault. You probably got what you wanted. Just sayin.
