Macy's, Springfield MO

Not sure what’s going on with Macy’s lately especially this one but all of the major brands that I’m used to seeing there over the years are gone so I guess I haven’t been in a while but I guess you haven’t been in a while let me fill you win polo Ralph Lauren is completely gone. Tommy Hilfiger is also completely gone. Nautica is completely gone. Calvin Klein is almost nonexistent tassel elbow is completely gone and these are just the designers that I can remember off the top of my head that were there that I know where they’re at they’re no longer there do you sections of the stores in the men’s department have been replaced by their store brands like clubroom and I NC Clothing. I have no idea what’s going on there but for Macy’s. It seems like a very sad situation. On the contrary, on the other side of the mall at Dillards, their men’s store is fantastic with great brands like Ralph Lauren Michael Kors, Lacoste, psycho Bunny Armani exchange, Daniel Crimeaux, North, face marmot, true religion, rock, revival Hurley O’Neill, billabong, SALT LIFE and more I can’t remember. You get the point. Dillards is far far out performing Macy’s at the battlefield mall is free from Missouri. In fact, if you’re shopping for men’s clothes, don’t even bother to go to Macy’s. It’s really a waste of time I mean, even the brands they do have there they have such a limited selection of five and worth you looking. Hope you find value.hope this helps.

I don't shop here because of a view they take on a particular religion so I won't make a comment out of fairness

The staff was friendly, the prices are a little higher but they have decent sales occasionally.

I ordered 2 twin blankets. They were delivered to a store across the country from where I am. It took me contacting them 4 times. They only refunded me half of what I paid. No one is responding to my request for the rest of my money. I will not recommend them to anyone and I will not shop there since they literally stole my money.

Workers need to make sure they take off all security tags. When they don't, it holds up the line and makes people think that you're stealing something. Wasn't a very pleasant visit with my grandpa. As he almost got to the car the guy came out and said for him to come back in so he could take the security device off. So I took the stuff in for grandpa since he's hunched over and can barely walk.

Macy's is my goto place for clothes. The service is incredible. I give the staff a "A+". Helped me find exactly what I came for. Back to school is coming up.
My first stop will be Macy's.

This store is really the best to pick up online purchases and they also do very well with returns.

The people are kind and helpful and this store has seating for next to the returns desk with a active cell phone or device chargers.

Found a Beautiful swim suit and the employees were so very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Returning some perfume I received for Xmas! Didn't have a lot
Of inventory, sales lady was terrible acted like
She didn't want to work and falsely told me they don't carry a specific brand I asked for when two minutes later while i was walking around myself I saw it,! Wth? !? !

Super neat and organized. The prices were decent and the staff was super helpful. Our cashier went above and beyond to help my special needs daughter and I which is more appreciated than what she probably realizes
