Macy's, Des Peres MO

A little too expensive when you can find the same thing on mine for way cheaper one of the reasons I don't go to retail stores anymore no reason to buy retail gas is way too expensive

I have been trying to on line shop for over two hours and I have accomplished NOTHING! Kept wanting me to create an account, which I already had one, but I imagine that it got lost. I tried longer than I should have but nothing was right.
I don't think I will ever shop at Macy's again because I don't need all this nerve racking unnecessary junk. No wonder all their stores are closing!

It'd been a long time since I'd been to a mall with my girls. It was nice to see Macy's departments healthy and many people shopping in person. Store was in great shape.

There was not enough staff to keep up with the lines. Macys has changed a lot and it's just becoming less.

The prices are a bit high for me, except for the sales. The store is very clean and well kept and the staff are very helpful and kind. They have a very good selection of items to shop for.

It's always a joy to walk through this store! Such a diverse selection of high quality merchandise is kind of hard to find. Well done!

I have extra wide feet, unfortunately. I prefer to try on shoes before I buy them. But, I was disappointed to learn that Macy's doesn't carry extra wide widths in the store! So, you are supposed to just order online and hope for the best?

That's not very customer friendly at all!

Great store and had enough options available. Good discount was going on as well, overall it was neatly maintained and managed.

Went there to buy a jacket, vest and shirt. Ended up buying a lot more - thanks to great selection and more importantly, great service by Lisa at the women's dress section and another lady whose name I did not notice. Excellent service.

Bought a new white gold necklace that broke after 1 day. I went to exchange it and I was immediately accused of trying to exchange the wrong necklace. When I showed a purchase confirmation they told me my new necklace was old and worn and not what I order.

We needed a dress for prom short notice. We found a good price on a nice dress. The fitting room was dirty and soooo hot. The amount of put away clothes was rediculace. The 2 associates were over thier heads with everything and not amused. It's hard to be excited about your job when it is impossible to keep up with everything.

Great merchandise, best sales and prices. Only 4 stars because salespeople are few and hard to find. Return counter ladies at West County Mall are the best!

Bought 2 new out fits very happy. Just make sure you double check with you check out my sale items were not ringing up right price. The sales lady was very helpful and gave us extra discount

I have used Dior perfume for years.
I always purchase the $200 bottle.
I live 2 hours away and the Sephora in my town quit selling Dior.
I placed an online order for the perfume as well as a comforter set and a robe. The comforter set and robe is set to arrive today according to the emails that I have received.
The perfume order was canceled.
Not due to my credit card. Visa says it's on Macy's end.
I have called the customer service number and cannot understand what they are saying due to the communication barrier. I can only speak to someone in the Philippines.
I have spent almost 2 hours this morning between South County location and West County location.
S. Co they put the phone down and I waited almost 30 minutes.
I could hear the young lady talking. She never came back.
W. Co. The lady didn't know how to use my cc and send it to me.
She TX the call upstairs to cs for help. 30 rings and then it hung up.
How can a high end dept store operate and make $$ like this?
Very annoying!

Went to Macy's specifically for a suit for my son's prom. We were in and out in 30 minutes. The last in the sit department knows her stuff! She was amazing! She measured him, had him fitted, helped pick the whole ensemble, and when someone didn't work she ran to get him another color or size. Then, to top it off, upon checking out, the bill was $800+ no worries though, the sales lady gave us a 40% discount on the whole purchase. Will definitely return!
