I went there to find 3 pair of shorts for my granddaughter's birthday. I found them, sent her a picture of them and she loved them. So I had a happy granddaughter and I was very happy to.

I had a wonderful experience at Macy's missing. Nancy in the clinic department was very helpful and was able to multipask. Assisting other customers and very friendly and freak about it.
Seems to me the selections in the Men’s department is very limited at this store. Store was clean. Restroom clean and serviced. Home store didn’t inspire me. No obvious good sales on anything I was interested in.
I couldn’t find a person that would check me out. Had to walk to the other end of store. Presently surprised by the kindness, understanding, patience CiCi gave me. She was absolutely wonderful. She is worth more than they are paying her. So I would give CiCi at Mid rivers Macys a 10/10
Love Macy's shops are all the time and will continue love their sales they back rack cells I think that's what they called it it's a wall full of clearance you could just shop until you drop if you have the money for that you just love it.

Picked up a pkg at I had ordered online. Everything went smoothly n gentleman that helped me was very nice n polite.
Excellent place to shop there is always sales and bargains. I do like that it is organized and you can find different things and always great customer service.
I came for the sale but I ended up purchasing clothes that were new and at their everyday low price. I’m very happy with my purchase but wish I went a head and bought the shoes too.

It was expensive. They didn't have much of a selection in swimming suits. One of the salespersons was very helpful and helped me locate the swimming suit section.
