Placed an online order with them on Black Friday.
Shirts arrived at my house a few days later. There were 5 shirts on the original order and only 3 shirts showed up, 1 of them not being what I ordered. I contacted the store via phone the same day and they were super easy to work with on getting it worked out. Upgraded me on two of the shirts for my inconvenience and let me keep the shirt they sent by mistake. I will absolutely be shopping here again. Great customer service in my eyes.
