My twelve year old daughter started ortho about a month ago with Dr. Steel and I have to say it has been one of the best experiences we have had at a dental office. To start the appointment off Dr. Steel sat down to get to know her and talk about what the braces process will be like. He answered all her questions as well as mine as a parent. She just had her first check up and once again he took the time to chat with her and see how she was doing after the first 6 weeks. The dental assistant Heidi that worked with her to change her band color was so sweet and kept making sure she was comfortable the whole time. I can't thank the whole office enough for making this such a positive experience for us.

Wonderful staff. Always kind and very helpful. Dr. Anderson and Dr. Steele are great at what they do.

Kelsey here is awesome! She’s hospitable, easy to understand, insanely kind, professional, impressionable, and so helpful! I came to this facility assisting an elderly woman on her appointment, and they were just the best. My lady had a great time and was so happy to see her dental team. Really though, the positive interactions with Ms. Kelsey is what spurred me to write the review. She’s the best! Happy early birthday, Kelsey!

The staff is really dedicated to helping you and very professional. Great atmosphere just love it.

I went here for 3-4 years and am still dealing with the mess of cavities they put in my mouth. They used the wrong amount of filling and it has lead to the need for crowns on every tooth they touched. They were very kind and flexible with scheduling, but any amount of kindness isn't worth the thousands of dollars I'm paying to fix their work.

Great place! Friendly staff from the time you walk in. Mary RDH was amazing! Made me feel really comfortable and did a great job on my scaling process. I'm so thankful to her.

Dr. Chidsey and EVERYONE we encountered at the office was amazing, I could not recommend more. They went above and beyond to help my son (it was an emergency situation) and keep him comfortable, and make sure that I understood everything that was happening. Thank you so much! I wish I could give 500 stars!

My experience with Madison Dental appear to do very well since my last appointment two years ago. Mary, Dr Anderson and staff in practice appear very professional with great demeanor. I would have appreciate the experience more with more consideration for payment had I received more options since I‘ve never missed a payment.

I’ve had to bring my son in a few times & was super anxious as he has Autism. Jaici & Dr. R have been so AMAZING & accommodating. Wouldn’t dream about going anywhere else. 10/10 recommend.

I believe that Dr. Anderson and his Staff-Jasmin, Kelsey & Ashlyn; have the best dental clinic in South Kansas City. What other Dentist guarantees his work? Anderson does.

Madison Dental Care is an excellent service provider for dental examinations and dental procedures.

Not a good experience. They checked? With my insurance carrier, and said everything was covered. Not so, they billed me $3,000.00. I told them it was supposed to be covered. I called and was told that the dentist would call. He did not, 2 weeks later a woman called, apologized but said that the person (Brandon) is no longer with the company. Asked why the dentist did not call, she said she is in charge of money, he is the dentist. I said he owns the business. She said he does not get involved in billing. We never saw the same person twice. They really can’t keep employees. Totally unprofessional. Look elsewhere!

Reviewing for the orthodontic experience. My son had his braces here and it’s been terrible. Appointment times are usually just during the morning, requiring us to take him out of school. The orthodontist is only there 1-2x a week. When he got his braces off, they were not available to give him a retainer right away.
