HORRIBLE SHE TALK ALL WHILE HAVE OTHERS HELP INSIDE YOUR HEAD IS A MESS WHILE SHE MAKE OUTSIDE LOOK OK GETTING OVER ON PEOPLE

HORRIBLE I arrived there to get some senegalese twist the owner and her sister did my hair. I got there around 10 left around 8, four days after getting my hair done my entire back row started slipping away and called she told me they couldn’t do anything about it after I sent in pictures and videos

I would not recommend anyone to this place. I walked in at 1050am and walked out at 1144pm. I waited almost 2 hours before I got in the chair with an appointment. The only reason she put me in the chair was because I was about to walk out. Don't get me wrong I was pleased with the end result but had I known it was gonna take that long I would have kept walking. I did not plan to spend my whole day and night there. A client walked in 6 hours after me a left around the same time I did. Oh let me add that the braider who did my hair keep saying and I quote " I don't play about my money. " She said that after she could tell I was very irritated and unhappy. She didn't have to worry about me not paying her but should be worry about never returning and a good tip.

Hair only lasted a few weeks and I paid 250$ SMH! All of my twist in the front came out, some were unraveling because they weren’t secured at the end, called and told owner about it she made like she would fix my hair but when I got to the shop no one would let me in lol I do not recommend

Had appt was told to come back the next day. They own said she was sleeping in and I would have to come back later

Yes she does hair well but her attitude is the worst I’ve ever seen. I tried recently to make an appointment she never even returned my call and she was very rude and I’ve been going to her for years and she’s always been rude but she does good hair so I went to her and I was going to go to her again but I will never use her services again. And I would not recommend anyone else use her services there’s so many hair braiders she is not the only one nor the best

Great experience building is very clean and spacious. Owner arrived on time and is very professional and friendly. Was there from 8 to 4 received small box braids.

Showed her one picture did something totally ugly and sloppy my 2nd time thought I'd give her another chance. I was dead wrong.

The overall job they do is good but they are very unprofessional. They always seem to overbook and never have adequate braiders in the shop to complete the jobs that they do book. They are never on time, for instance today we had an 8 o’clock appointment and no one showed until 8: 50 am to unlock the door. It was one braider for 4 heads which is impossible. Help didn’t drive till 9: 30am and 10am, which is beyond inconvenient. They catch an attitude because you have questions but when you’re paying near $450 for two heads I feel that your obligated to be able to question when you’ve been sitting waiting for 2.5 hours and only have 4 braids in your hair because your stylist is too busy trying to play hop scotch in everyone’s heads to make up for the lateness of the team! And not to mention the lady braiding my hair left the shop and was gone for approximately 45 mins before returning. There has been a new price for the same style the last 3 times I’ve tried to support their business. I won’t be back, I’ll rather take a two hour drive back home then to put up with their unprofessional actions because this is clearly unacceptable!

I come to this shop for many years before cutting my hair off. They are always welcoming and professional. If time permitted I will habe 2 to 3 people on my head unless I got cornrows or sew in. I called yesterday requesting microbraids but need 2 people as I have a bulging disk iny cervical spine as well as my lower back but was told she is booked for the week out. They should make it a common courtesy to accommodate long time customers. In any other circumstance I would sit and get a style by one person if I could. Now I have to down the road to a spot that is reportedly dirty, rude workera, taking extended breaks and less not forget the reviews that hair style is horrible and comes out easily. I will stop by this shop first to see if they can get it done because they are the best in Jennings. Also the prices are always consist versus when you call and get there. I have a few pics in there book of styles I found elsewhere that they excited. Please don't make me go to the dirty shop with nasty people because I fights back.
