Dentist Magical Smiles reviews
6They tell you they rescheduled your appointment but really just dismiss you as a client.
I'm so upset! We are in transit from Colorado to Tennissee. Our son got a terrible toothache while driving. After calling our insurance company, the dentist was assigned to us. We were in the office twice and described the emergency! Our son cried in pain. The unfriendly ladies at the reception turned us away! There are no free appointments until Tuesday! Was the statement! 1 patient sat in the waiting room!
These people is trying to rob me, the charged my credit card for work we talked about and never sent my insurance a bill when I clearly have dental insurance. I guess I will see them in court.and I will file a complaint with BBB, and open an invitation.
They sent me a call as a reminder for 2: 45 and then when I got there said it was at 2 and they do not take new patients and because I missed it after following there time I can not reschedule. The Sara lady was rude and told me I wasted the dental providers time when again they are the ones who send the message. Also they said they sent it last Thursday in a text and they again called the day before and accused me of lying stating that they do not call. I showed up at 2: 30 for what I assumed was a 2: 45 appointment. I ran into a black customer of theirs who agrees they handle minorities differently even though she gets services from them she stated she does not feel comfortable but we only have like two in office. I think I dodged a bullet there’s enough racist business owners in Jefferson City. They did seemed extremely racist and kept looking at me crazy with a white baby in my hand and up and until that black lady pulled me aside I really thought I was going crazy. But they called me with a voice message to turn around and be able to decline me because they are overbooked and do not have time or kindness for the patients they already have; unless they are WHITE apparently.
My severely disabled sister came to Magical Smiles for the hospital dentistry option. We scheduled an appointment quickly and everyone in the office was friendly. Her appointment at the hospital was also scheduled quickly. Robin checked back with us several times before my sister's visit to be sure we were all ready and to answer any questions. Everything went very well at Capital Region. Dr. Ganz updated me after her procedures were finished and called again that night to see how she was doing. I would definitely recommend Magical Smiles.
