As first-time homebuyers my wife and I were completely lost regarding all the details involved in buying a home. Originally, we had selected a large lender known for dealing with VA loans. Mind-blowingly-Smooooooothe process all the way from "Hi there, " to "You're closing on the 20th. " If I had known how easy it would be to close with Michelle, I would have said "Hi there, " years earlier. I was anxious before I called Michelle because I just hate other people telling me I can't do something, that I'm not "approved" for something.
