Susie Q is the best, perfect every time. I can have a marvelous conversation with her or just shut my eyes and feel the magic happing. Won't go anywhere else.

I absolutely LOVE my hair! Kiersten was absolutely wonderful! She gave me highlights and a haircut. I liked that she was very experienced, very polite, and a good conversationalist!

Very great hairstylet 7 days after the dye and it looks great. Hopefully the staff that sets up appointments get training tho.

Courtney B. Is absolutely amazing! I have always hated getting my hair done but she has made it memorable and it always turns out just right! What a Fantastic experience I had! I'm 38 and have had my nails done only once before, when I was quite younger so wasn't sure what to expect. Sarah Meyers is truly a Gem on this earth! My nails are gorgeous, she made me feel so comfortable and the salon is beautiful. It may seem silly, but she made me feel pretty and I can't wait to go back!

Sadly, I would not recommend Magnolia salon. Which is unfortunate because it's less than 10 minutes from my home. I like to use local businesses. Ladies this is Jefferson county please lose the attitudes. The receptionist was very nice and thoughtful. However previously, I had a haircut with a stylist who had an attitude. Ok won't come back to you. Then had a manicure scheduled waited 25 minutes - please respect a person's time. Send a text, I received a couple texts reminding me about my appointment but you can not send me a text that you were running 25 minutes late. Apparently manicurist was one of the owners gave me the cash value of my gift card (which was a birthday gift from a friend & a business owner) and I'll go to another salon. I will not return - I will not recommend which again is sad I work with people that live in the area and they were curious about my experience tonight so they too could schedule services for hair & nails Do not recommend - I don't want to pay people for service s for them to be rude or disrespectful of my time. I went here for the first time today and I am very impressed! Lee Ann cut my hair and did an amazing job! She was super sweet and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely be back!

This was my first time going to this salon at first it was great then the second the receptionist walked to the station to let the beautician know she booked her next client for a color and cut at 1030 mind you it was 10, i wasnt even halfway done with my appointment. After that it felt like a rushed job, i had asked the beautician if she could straighten my hair before i leave so i can make sure it looks okay and her reply was “I'm sorry but i will not have enough time”, not to mention the dye she left on my forehead and i asked her to get it off and she told me “i cant get it off, you will have to shower when you get home to get it off, then i asked “if alcohol will take it off? ” and she said “ unless you want to scrub hard”. Unfortunately if the receptionist wouldnt of over booked the beautician then i feel like the first appointment and impression would of been better.

The building is super nice, staff was super friendly, and my hair came out exactly how i wanted:)

Actually my wife gets her hair done here and she gives them a 5 star rating. Great location, Sharon is awesome and everyone is very friendly.

I have been going to Lee Ann for a while now, and love her work! She is very talented, and I am always happy with the results! She is super friendly, and I always look forward to my appointments with her. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first time going to this salon and I was definitely impressed! I went in saying I wanted more dimension and subtle grow out process and Lee Ann did exactly that! She’s also really friendly and makes you feel comfortable!

Lee Ann is absolutely amazing! I went there for my first time after several family members recommended her and I'm so glad I did! I have really long, thick hair and she handled it like a pro (and much better than anyone else has in the past). I'm never going back to another salon now that I've found her. She's just the greatest.
