Zanetta and Cheyenne from MaidPro just made my house shine! Both these ladies were so efficient and consciencious. They romoved the dust and grime and made everything (including the hardwood floors) reaaly shine! Thank you both. You made me smile! I appreciate the fact that Maid Pro leaves their checklist with all 49 points showing what they did. I also appreciate the fact that MaidPro has specific guidelines to keep their staff safe (and their customers too). I also like the fact that if you have specific requests to utilize a specific product or technique you request, they have it listed the next time they are back. I have been pleased with MaidPro but I must say Zanetta and Cheyenne really took every thing up a notch today.
I reccommend MaidPro to anyone who wants to have that great clean feeling in their home.

Like others we did NOT receive the "49 point" service. Gave them three chances. Floors were not cleaned, toilets were not cleaned, trash was never emptied, stainless appliances left a streaky mess. Plus, our "pro" was sitting on the floor doing something on her phone instead of cleaning our bathroom. Company is advertising is impressive but they don't deliver as promised.
I used to use another service in town that was just ok. I am so ecstatic that I finally decided to switch. After trying to get multiple quotes from other places, they were the only ones to call back promptly. I have been using them since last fall and am so happy every time they come. Dani is phenomenal.
