I took my car here for a state inspection and after receiving my failure I was quoted over $1,000 for the fix. I decided to get a second opinion due to my previous years experience and took my car into a shop in Warrensburg and was quoted $650 for the same repair. This was all in the year of 2023

My suspicion of this establishment was peaked after getting work done a year prior 2022 and after telling my buddy (who is a mechanic, just lives in another state) and he immediately wanted me to come down to Arizona to get the work done and told me how badly I was ripped off. I decided to give them another chance this year and it seems they were ready to take advantage again. Beware of this establishment and make sure to get second opinions.

It’s also worth mentioning that the mechanics at mainstream left oil stains from their hands all over the interior roof of my car and mud on the floor after the inspection. When I got it re inspected at the shop in Warrensburg not only did they not leave a mess but they put down paper floor mats to ensure they wouldn’t. Minor details like that should matter in a company.

They did my inspection there, and it was quick and easy. They got me in the same day that I called and were easy to work with.

If I can, I take my vehicle to Mainstream! They have served me well since they opened-very knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair pricing. On my latest repair, they were up front about the wait for repairs, but they still had my truck fixed much sooner than I expected.

Best service you could ever ask for. Brad has always been straightforward with his work and does it right the first time.

They were great got me right in on a Friday after my coolant light went off and the latch broke when I went to open the hood.

Very professional, courteous, and most of all honest! Turns out I didn't need an alternator. I bet other shops would have just ripped me off. Highly recommend!

Had en electrical issue I had no idea how to solve. This was the only place I could find that would work it within a reasonable time frame and a price I wouldn’t have to take out a loan for. The problem was fixed within a couple days and I was only charged for the time the spent on it and no more. Honest people doing honest work. I will return here for any vehicle issues

Service was excellent. Prices were more than fair! They love what they do and it shows! They work late to take care of the customer and it was much appreciated!

It took us three weeks to get our vehicle back because the insurance and them couldn't come together. It's our vehicle and we definitely felt like a third party. The communication wasn't there with the front desk woman and she was short with us every time we tried to get an ETA. Finally got our vehicle back and taking it elsewhere.

They give accurate estimates and fix the problem the first time. I am never happy to have a car problem but it's much less stressful knowing we have a dependable place for repairs.

We will never take our vehicles to anyone but Mainstream Automotive. Everyone there is kind and fair. They do great work for more than reasonable prices. They have flexible schedules and are extremely knowledgeable for a variety of services. I don’t mind making the drive from Warrensburg, because I know they will take proper care of my vehicle. If you’re shopping for a new mechanic.you’ve found them.
