The NOCO GOAT. Delicious food and great customer service. Local heroes, for sure! Try the man candy. I didn’t know what to expect, and was absolutely blown away. SO GOOD. At this point I’ve been trained palov-style. When I see the bus outside an event (Florissant Fall Festival, Miracle on St Francois, etc.), my mouth is already watering.

IMHO: Best BBQ in the region.
Does not seem to matter what your choice of meat the have great flavor. Choices vary slightly depending on what is available at good quality. Turkey drum sticks are moist and hugh, brisket fall apart tender, pork sausages that my wife can't stay away from.

Never had a bad experience or bad food! Great owners who always hire the best staff! More like a family…. Highly recommend

North County loves to brag about Mann Meats! Not only do they have such excellent barbecue (the brats are my favorite), they are really good people. They’re always out with their food truck (well, actually it’s a bus!) at community events, and you can be sure that they’re going to be around to lend a hand (or a sandwich) when someone needs it. Plus, their support of first responders is incredible! Check them out. You’ll be glad you did, and you’ll be impressed like the rest of us.

I love the pork steak and the loaded baked potatoes, and when Mrs Mann makes that peach cobbler OMG that stuff is the best. I have tried to recreate it but cant. Its SO good! All of their food is good! Not only is their food delicious, they are genuinely a pillar in our community! They regularly feed first responders and do so many other awesome things. Eat here and support a great small business and family!

One of, if not the best BBQ I've had in AWHILE, always plenty to go around and perfectly cooked. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

John and I are supporters of local business. We particularly like locals that give back to locals like Mann Meats does. I enjoy the pulled pork and chicken, John enjoys burnt ends and ribs.

The pork steak really is a fork steak. The brisket sandwich is awesome. Good portions! Very polite and prompt service both in restaurant and at the bus!

Seriously the food is SO delicious and we always look the unique school bus at any events. Our 12 year old loves your food and she can be picky. The staff is phenomenal and the service you provide to the community alone speaks VOLUMES.

The best BBQ in St. Louis served by the best people on the planet. Bob and Holly have done so many amazing things supporting the city. You have to try everything on the menu to really appreciate just how special this place is. Brats, Mann candy burnt ends, the burger, pork steaks and the list goes on of some of my favorite items.

Mann Meats is top notch from top to bottom. Everything on the menu is delicious. Owners Bob and Holly and everyone on their staff go above and beyond with customer service. They are a staple in Florissant. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

We drive 4 hours for there BBQ. We have ordered there food for Thanksgiving the past 2 years. The brisket is fantastic, the smoked turkey is the best I've had everything we've gotten from them is just amazing. The people are just amazing and the way they help out in the community is just amazing. Only down fall we just wished they were closer.

Their "fork" steaks are absolutely the best in the bi-state area. And their generosity to the community goes above and beyond. Their Meats are the best but their hearts are what gets them a 5 star review!

The best BBQ in the state of Missouri; maybe anywhere! I have cravings for the brisket, it’s so good! The pork steaks are truly (plastic) fork tender and is full of flavor! The homemade brats are fantastic and the burgers are to die for! Always served with a smile and the owners are always the first in line to give back to the community!
