I also hired them to replace aging siding in the front of my home and gutters.

Paul and his crew are top notch! Jacob is friendly, patient, and timely.

Jacob at Manor was great to work with. Was recommended by my real estate agent who's worked with Jacob numbers of times. So you know you have someone with experience and expertise to do a great job. Jacob/Manor handled all the details with my insurance company/others so I didn't have to. I just had to confirm things. Quality was great, job was done on time, and Jacob even handled subcontractors who replaced my garage door and gutters. Total quality professional in Jacob and Manor Roofing. Jacob even checked back with me to ensure I had been fully paid by insurance.after Manor had been paid in full. I'd highly recommend Manor Roofing and Jacob Overschmidt for your roof replacement.

Sure, disgruntled employees can happen. Having been employed at Manor for 9 years, I’m a little more than that. All in all, I’m grateful to no longer be associated with a company who seldom completes jobs (even if owners make full payments upfront), don’t stand behind any type of warranty work, avoids/blocks calls if workmanship is in question, and so forth. I truly hope Manor can develop into a more ethical company. Currently I would highly suggest homeowners to always get second opinions, never make payments until work is fully completed and ensure warranty paperwork is signed. I sincerely wish Manor can grow into the honest, reputable company they’re capable of becoming. Also, your BBB award was over 5 years ago and is a paid subscription to get an A+ rating. Thanks

Pretty sad that your previous employer of 9yrs wont pay you your final check and you have to take him to small claims. If you do business with them please ask for a lien wavier to ensure they are paying for material and labor.

I had an appointment for Justin to come out to my property and gove me a framing quote - he was a no show. When i called Manor Roofing for an inquiry, the receptionist hung up on me. Twice. Really wishong if they weren't interested im my project they could have just told me up front.

Still awaiting a customer service item call back on a roof job in February. Normally was a good contractor for me in COMO. This time was a real problem.

Not sure who was driving the company truck and pulling the company enclosed trailer down i-70 Friday 6/5/2020 about 6pm. But they need to take the driving test over again. They were driving over 80 mph and changing lanes back in forth and cutting people off, almost causing several wrecks. I would think that this behavior should be reprimanded!

I can’t thank Manor Roofing and JAY enough for what they have done for me. I currently reside in Columbia and several years ago they had replaced my roof due to hail damage and I had a great experience with them.
I needed a roof replaced on another house out of town. I had called and looked at several roofing companies, the reviews weren’t the best. So I decided to call Manor Roofing, I told the receptionist what the issue was and she told me they normally don’t do residential homes out of town just commercial. I totally understood. I then told her I have used Manor Roofing in the past, she told me she would see what she could do. She went above and beyond and the same day they agreed to do the roof. I was so happy I didn’t have to worry because I knew they would take care of.
I spoke with Jay and he said they would go look at the roof and take care of everything. Needless to say my insurance company was a nightmare to work with and Jay was very positive, uplifting and emailed me every time My insurance was giving him the run around about something.
I have to say Jay got everything taken care of with the insurance company and my roof is finally finished after at least 3 months later. I have to say I was at my wits end with the insurance people but Jay didn’t give up. Hats off to you Jay
I want to say thank you to Jay’s boss for allowing him to spend sooooo much time working with me and the insurance company.

Working with Manor has been an exceptional experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a huge project that included several different facets (siding, doors, deck, porch railing) and they did a great job putting it all together. From the big things to the small details, they followed up with everything we asked, overcame unforeseen obstacles, were on top of all the logistics, and were very communicative.
