I purchased a Steelers bottle from mano's wine. Totally so disappointed in it and the company. I've been taking to Allison. She hasn't been any help at all. Told them what I ordered was not what I received and they expect me to repurchase another bottle. I ordered this for my husband's 60th birthday. I got a bottle with a picture sticker.no message was on the bottle either. What kind of joke this is.
Will never buy from them. I can't even get a response from Allison.it's been 2. Days since I heard from her.
Very disappointed with this order and company.

A friend of mine recommended Mano’s wine for their beautiful custom bottles, so I purchased one for a wedding gift. The bottle was stunning and was shipped and received super quick! Although there was a slight problem with my order, I reached out to Mano’s via email and received a response and resolution within a few days. Excellent customer service!
I highly recommend this company and will definitely purchase more custom bottles in the future!

Beautiful bottle, exactly as advertised. Also had a small mishap with shipping, where the shipment was delayed in delivery (Fedex alert) & because of the freezing temps & them likely leaving it in a truck overnight it popped the cork and arrived leaking. I took pictures and emailed Mano's right away and there customer service was AMAZING! Minutes later I received a shipping notification for a new order before I received their response apologizing and making up for it. It was gift, so their review on the wine itself was that it was also very good! I definitely recommend this business!
(Also no shade meant to Fedex, total 1 off situation)

The Mano folks got the inscription wrong the first time but they responded with a correction amazingly quickly. They are VERY reliable with the highest level of customer service! I absolutely recommend them!

I placed my 1st order a few weeks ago and had quick delivery and also great communication with a representative. The quality of the etched bottles is high quality! We will definitely order again in the future!

I have ordered personalized bottles of wine for several occasions for three years now. The engraving and quality is exquisite. I have just received my order. The delivery time was much earlier than expected. The customer service and communications regarding special request was excellent.

Completely disappointed! I ordered 4 custom etched wines for business Christmas gifts on the last day said it was available for holiday shipping to receive in time for Christmas. When I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, I started sending messages and calling. After several attempts, I finally got a response that I had ordered a day AFTER the holiday shipping date was closed and they couldn't guarantee my shipment. Then wouldn't let me cancel the order because they said my bottles had begun in production already. (I had the order stating the day I ordered was within the timeline for holiday shipping btw.) Oh and they did tell me in that email that I could pay for express shipping, which would be somewhere in the vicinity of $250.00. WTH. Then on January 5th, 2024 after I still had not received any updates on my order, I called again, left another message and sent several emails. Never got any response to any of my messages or emails. Then a few days later, I just received a refund of my money. No explanation, nothing. I was really disappointed and infuriated that they couldn't even respond to let me know what was happening or when my order was shipping out. I had ordered wines from them before and had been very happy, but after this experience, I will NEVER order from them again. Customer service is utterly disgraceful especially when you know the order has been placed for a gift (They were Merry Christmas wines for goodness sake!). Buyer beware.

I placed my order 12/3 and have never heard a word. It was a Christmas gift and with the bottle etched with Merry Christmas.
I emailed them twice with no response from a person. Just today have I received an automated email saying it's shipped out but of course when I track it just the label has been made.
Very disappointed from a first time buyer. Won't order from them again.

My husband gave me their Wedding bottle on our 20th Anniversary. It's a WOW gift. The bottle is so elegant, the engaving is deep, crisp, class!
We just ordered one for the wedding of a dear friend. Discovered they not only have a beautiful product but they have phenomenal customer service. Thank you Hunter for helping us get the bottle on time.

First time customer. Just received my two orders and what an amazing job. For me this was about the bottle more so than the wine and couldn’t ask for better. I say the bottle because honestly you can get wine anywhere but the custom work is amazing. I look forward to future orders. My wife is extremely happy and loves it. If you want custom etched bottles I highly recommend. Thank you Manos.

I ordered a custom bottle with a photo on it and it looked great except for the photo wasn't centered and for $99 it should have been centered so that was a bit disappointing

Purchased the "Wizard of Oz" etched bottle of Cabernet as a gift! I had an issue with the delivery which forced me to call upon customer service to make a switch in the address. They couldn't have been more responsive and accomodating. I received my bottle as confimed by Hunter to my work address on time and without incident! I will definitely be using Mano's Wine for future purchases!
