We have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime, but our buying experience with Jeremy at Maples Ford in Warsaw, MO was the absolute best experience that we’ve ever had! The small town feel of this dealership was worth the 1.5 hour drive to get down there to get the vehicle that we wanted and Jeremy made it happen! No non-sense and no high pressure salesmen was the best part, not to mention that Jeremy knows his stuff! We would highly recommend getting in touch with Jeremy when you’re in the market for another vehicle. You won’t be disappointed!

Upon arriving at the dealership, we were welcomed with fantastic smiles and great attitudes! Worst customer service and management when dealing with a problem. Won’t listen to your issue and over talk you on the phone. For them the customer is always wrong and they are right. Use to never have an issue with them, but recently more than once have had this issue. Only thing that is good is their salesman.

Service center is busy, so it can take some scheduling to get work done, but once you're in they are polite and prompt. I'll continue using them for service.

The Service Department is under trained and under staffed. "stuck in the 90's". The owners offer empty promises and cant keep quality technicians because they cheat them out of pay in order to save money. "we have been doing this for 24 years, we are not going to stop now". Not a "family" i want to be associated with.

Have had my vehicles in for service and warranty work at the service center and have have had nothing but wonderful experiences! Highly recommended! Not just an oil change. They do a full vehicle check up that even comes with a report card. Their The Works vehicle check-up costs just a little bit more than oil changes some other places but well worth the money, the little bit longer wait for them to complete the service appointment and have the piece of mind. I never get in a hurry or worry about saving a few bucks when it comes to my vehicles and making sure all OEM fluids, filters and parts are used. A+

Worth the short drive from Clinton! Jeremy was phenomenal to assist my wife and I on our next car purchase. Because we live out of town, we browsed Maples Ford webpage, found several vehicles we wanted to look at, then took the drive to see them. Jeremy was very friendly and welcoming and was able to show us all the vehicles we asked to see. He explained all he knew about each one including which extra features they had compared to the others.

After test driving and making our selection, the purchase process was simple and quick!
