Marcone Supply reviews
15Showed up in the rain, they had 0 desire to help me standing outside. It was like their goal was to make sure I left without my part. Time to reevaluate your customer service. I will buy online next time where I feel appreciated.
Im appliance service co and they are the only game in town. They are great guys very knowledgeable of there trade. The best ive dealt with over 30+ years.
Been coming here for 25 plus years. Now wholesale only with account number due to whatever reasons. Will not look up our account number. Ridiculous, not customer service oriented anymore.
We ordered a $1600 refrigerator door from them and it was never delivered, every time we called we were given the runaround and said it would be delivered. Had tried for months to get a refund and were always told someone would call us back. Nobody ever does and the refund has never been given. Today I was hung up on, do not recommend!
Go To business for all electrical, home, appliance parts & supplies. Convenient location, good customer service & cost efficient.
To place a order for product is a pain, I called the supplier directly for cost and shipping on Friday 1/11/19 at 1045am. By Monday 1/14/19 when I called at 12: 26pm to check the status I was informed the cost AND the shipping had gone up. HOW? There was no notice from the company. We have to fax over the paperwork manually. Its 2019, why is big corporation still using manual fax machines. Not only that, they still did not receive the fax on Monday. I was told by Jon, it usually takes 24-72 hours to receive a fax. The paperwork being improperly miss managed, does not even being to describe how long it takes to physically get the part you need. Professionally speaking, I suggest a direct contact line, email confirmation, directly shipping tracking via fedex, or UPS. I also recommend the supplier digital update.
Check Amazon first for your repair parts I didn’t today and found I could have got my water inlet valve for less than half of what they charged with free delivery and with out the extra handling fee of $0.87.
Excellent help from folks who really know their business. I've purchased appliance parts here several times. I come back for the great advice and expertise you get from talking with the folks behind the service counter here. They even tell me how to fix things when it means I won't be buying a part from them. Make this your first stop for appliance repair parts.
They've always been very professional over the years. Very nice and helpful. Kind of place that goes out of their way to see if they can get you what you need.
They had most of the items for my refrigerator on hand which made my repairs completed quickly.
Sears appliance repair came to my home to repair a fan in my GE Profile refrigerator. The fan needed to be ordered, which would of taken 9 days, due to memorial weekend holiday. The technician gave me the part number, which I gave to the operator at Marcone. I ordered the part over the phone and will be able to pick the part up at the St. Louis office. How nice was that! The part only cost me $66.00. Sears is charging me $370.00 for device repair! Top dollar for a part I have to pick up!
Went to Marcone to get a part for an old Kenmore washer that kept emptying the water before starting the wash cycle. The counter guy said we might need the timer which was expensive and not in stock Then, he asked if the drain hose was lying on the ground for a floor drain or raised up to the level of the faucet. It was on the ground. The counter guys said raise the hose up and see if that helps. It worked. He was very knowledgeable and saved us some money.
Needed a thermal fuse for my dryer, called ahead of time and they had the part waiting. Got in and out in under 5 minutes. Sears wanted $65 for the part, Marcone's part cost me $13!
I have probably been there 10 times for home and business. They have always had the part in stock.
I have compared their prices to online companies. Their prices are usually about the same if you have to pay shipping. Sometimes they are little higher but who wants to wait 2-3 days without a washing machine to save a $2 or $5?
Today's part cost $8.50, it was $9.95 on Am-. There was zero waiting at the counter about 9am.
