Margarita's, Kansas City MO

My sister's and I wanted to share the fajitas for lunch. Usually fajitas are more than enough for us to share. When ours came out, it was half RICE and hardly any meat or veggies. Very disappointed for the price of $16.99!

Today we ordered fajitas with shrimp & chicken, when we received the hot skillet one half of the skillet was filled with rice & the other half (and I’m being generous by saying half) was filled with three shrimp, maybe about 8 small (quarter sized) pieces of chicken along the the veggies. Of all the Mexican restaurants I’ve visited - fajitas have never been served this was - added rice on the same platter as meat & veggies!
We even had the so called manager (I believe it was another waitress posing as a manager) come to the table to complain & she didn’t even try to compensate anything to try and make our visit pleasant & want to come back.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in KC. Boulevard is the best. Service is fast & friendly. Margaritas have improved.

Do yourself a favor and visit Margarita's at 2829 Southwest Blvd, in Kansas City, MO you will not be disappointed. The service is unmatched, the staff were amazing and truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely delicious everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Our server (Lisa) was the best this restaurant is highly recommended! I had steak/shrimp fajitas and a frozen strawberry margarita which was really good.

Food was delicious. Sat at the bar and Meg made my daughter a virgin strawberry margarita and she loved it. Meg was great. Kept us entertained. Her and Dave kept us laughing during our entire meal.

The food was very good but the blended guac was a bit too smooth for me. The Sampler platter was full of yummy goodness, but the fajita dinner was mostly rice and didn't come with beans. But all in all, it was very good

Hello this was my very this was my very first time at this restaurant.
I went with a friend and her son.
I enjoyed the sampler plus a cocktail and was pleasantly surprised when the check came.
The food was GREAT and the and the he servver was on it. Yes I will go again agagain.

My sister and I love their food! From their fajitas to their shrimp enchiladas covered in the Margarita cheese sauce, simply delicious!

Fast service. The adult drinks well.try if you want I suggest going to a real bar for all that. The food is prepared and cook to satisfaction

Always solid, the staff is TOP NOTCH, food is consistently great! Clean all around, and good atmosphere!

Thought it was expensive the food was ok! For that price the food should had been great. I had combo fajitas.

Overall a good experience but I wish they still offered their daily specials they used to have before Covid.

Margaritas is a KC tradition and always busy! Staff was great - we had a large party and our server was attentive and fun. Food is always good and lunch specials are at a good price.

Another first time for me. Went with my sister and my nephew. At his recommendation, I tried the shredded beef and spinach quesadilla. It was excellent! The chips and salsa we got when we sat down were pretty good as well. Two thumbs up! Go if you have the chance.

Margarita's had fast & friendly servers, They double dipped my pulled beef chimichanga as I requested. I wouldn't call what I took home "left overs" but "delicious seconds" I Loved it!

Not too bad of a place to go if your in the area of. I had the steak burrito which was loaded with steak beans and cheese, mainly steak.

All I can say is. Jennifer the waitress was RUDE for NO REASON and I MEAN no REASON.due to her getting part of my drink wrong.

After getting the taco salad and I tell the waitress that the chicken was dry, she replies, "The chicken is usually dry". How is that the accepted norm? That's enough for me to NEVER come b ACM again.
