Marina Centre Apartments, St Charles MO

I really enjoy living here. It’s such a convenient location close to restaurants and shopping and the is close to main highways so it makes getting to work easier. The office staff is always courteous and helpful too.

Friendly staff. Nice Residence, Awesome fishtank in office! Nice and quiet. And above all its pet friendly! Would recommend moving there!

I had the pleasure of having Keith the maintenance guy to come to my home. He was very knowledgeable of my issues and made sure that all of my requests were taken care of. Keith was very professional and attentive to my concerns.

The manager was very nice and knowledgeable. I love that the complex is dog friendly and the location is great. Im hoping to be relocating in the next couple of months.

This community is off the beaten path which means it’s really quiet. Not to many amenities but good and helpful staff.

I have lived at Marina for a couple of years and it has been great! The price has gone up a lot and I’m not good with that part. We really miss the old manager Amauri but Trina and Keith have been amazing as well

It's okay the rent is too high though especially in the one bedroom we need more amenities

They raised the rent of the tiny one bedroom apartment to a price that people cannot afford and they are nowhere near worth the price. Seniors and disabled individuals are being forced out with the new prices with nowhere to go.

They want to make the money but I can't do the service when they were getting paid before minimum wage it was great

I've lived here for almost a year, and I love it! Everyone that works here is so nice and helpful, and maintenance is so much better than my last apartment. They actually seem to know what they're doing, and they don't forget things, like my last apartment's maintenance did (literally would remind them multiple times and they still never helped - I had a broken closet door that they "attempted" to fix once, a broken dishwasher that they promised to replace and never did, hot water exploding from the wall that they did nothing about, among other things). The price is great, the location is awesome, and I've met so many nice people here. Our neighbors are so kind. My old apartment was constantly falling apart - this one is not, and anything that's had an issue was promptly addressed. This place truly cares about their residents.

Yes I charged the battery for my girlfriend's daughter and installed it with the proper items from Amazon so it don't move around anymore and it starts and runs perfect

Loved living here. Mauri (the landlady) is an absolute sweetheart. Maintenance got done with orders quickly. Extremely pet friendly. Staff is friendly. Only reason why I left was because of family. Really wanting to go back after 9 months of being out of the apartments.

Maury is absolutely fantastic! Very friendly, willing to work with you. Maintenance is on top of their stuff as well. Location is also great! Nice to wake up and hear the birds instead of cars and people. And can't beat the price either! I highly recommend marina apartments.
